The ladies were really professional, friendly, and thorough! My family was home and it didn't stop them from doing what needed to be done! We also had a tornado warning issued while they were here and they made sure to finish their job although I wouldn't have pressured them to stay. Me and my husband are very very pleased!

I work full time at home, have a 3 month old at home, and we are moving into a new home. I was really hopeful that this would be a good cleaning experience. I thought I would go with a smaller business because I think it’s important to support local small businesses. We held off moving in so we could have the house cleaned. I left the house so I wouldn't be in the way, but I wished I would have stayed.

When I got home after the house was cleaned I found it hadn't been. We even paid for the move-in deep clean that includes detailed cleaning like vacuuming drawers, wiping drawers, wiping baseboards, cleaning windows and blinds, etc. All the things to start fresh in a new home.

Below are items that were not cleaned:

- Banister on Stairs

- Pantry

- Kitchen Counters
- Inside Kitchen Cabinets
- Inside Closets

I called to inform what we found and they did send someone over to clean again. I appreciated it. She said she had gone through all of the cabinets and wiped everything. When we started to move in I realized it was only spot cleans. There was dust all in the cabinets. Pantry had a noodle and grime from previous owner. I’m not a confrontational person so I felt bad enough that she had to come back.

It’s just unfortunate the one time I hire someone to clean as a treat, I had to go back and redo everything.

We have been using Sarah’s Clean Team for four months and have been very pleased with the work that Sarah and her team have done on each visit. On their most recent cleaning, Trysh did a great job! We recommend their services.

We moved into our office / warehouse space at the end of 2013 and really had never had any type of deep cleaning done to the 3,000sf office area over the years . Sarah and her team arrived on time Saturday morning and went to work. When I walked in Sunday morning I was amazed at how great the place looked , we had not seen it this clean in years . We have used Sarah’s Cleaning Crew for several months now. Heather is the lady who comes to clean twice a month. I’ve never had a complaint about the job she does. Sarah and Maris did an absolutely spectacular job deep cleaning my house! They cleaned things I don’t think I even knew HOW to clean myself. I can’t wait to biweekly maintenance services with them so I never have to be ashamed to have company over again.

Sarah and her team are PERFECTION!!! My husband and I are in the medical field and work crazy hours! Have 4 kiddos and a big fur baby so our house is chaos normally. They came in and it was like a brand new house when we came home! I have never had a cleaning company before but we will never go back! We chose them to do deep cleaning of my house before putting the house on the market because of the good reviews on google. They did not clean many things they claim they did such as window frames and the light switches. They dusted the fan, leaving a film of dust on my tv stand and changing table. When Sarah called me and asked me how satisfied I was, I brought up a few things I observed, instead of offering returning to make things right she said it is because they were not familiar with my house. She told me her team will do better with future cleaning services. They did leave me a note on my kitchen counter saying I will get a gift card if I leave a good review. I had to clean the house again by myself.

To respond to the owner’s response of me not being a customer, I used your service on 9/1/2022. Life is busy, I just now have time to come and say how I felt using your service.

I am in awe. I’ve had cleaners in the past but never had anyone pay as close attention to detail as Sarah’s Clean Team. When I came home my entire house shined and I didn’t want to leave! I needed a deep clean of my bathrooms and requested something as soon as possible. I was able to get scheduled quickly, and the communication leading up to the cleaning was great. There was an issue with the initial cleaning but Sarah was prompt in responding, and took care of it herself the next day. Very professional team and would recommend, and would use again for any cleaning needs!

Sarah and her team were extremely professional and her attention to detail was incredible. We have dogs who can be rambunctious and love attention and she was so accommodating and sweet with them which is a first for us compared to other companies we have used.
