I replaced another cleaning service with the Cleaning Authority about 1 year ago and have not regretted it one bit. Susan and her Team One.... the last couple of times it’s been Destiny...are just so super pleasant and work hard to clean as thoroughly as possible in the time frame they are in my home. They’ve worked around unexpected construction, holiday decorations and boxes, and disarrayed kids rooms. And if something does get missed cleaning, they take no offense if I bring it to their attention the next time and it certainly is done then. And I also appreciate how sweet they are to my cats and even the ferret!

We've been using their service for years, and while we've had to call to raise concerns about things on occasion, we've found them to be responsive.
We get a variety of teams that come through, with some having different strengths than others, yet they're all generally good. One of the better ones is Team #3, with Jennie and Stephanie.
The biggest thing for me, is my wife views their work to be satisfactory enough that she's happy.

I have used The Cleaning Authority for years. They keep my house looking great. I would like to give a shout out to Alyssa & Michael of Team #2 for their great work today!!!

Great, reliable service. I appreciate the occasional follow up inspection by a Quality Coach. The communications with the central office and the staff is first rate, you always are contacted at least 24 hrs in advance as to what time span the team will be at your residence. Finally, the employees do a great job! I have been a satisfied customer for over 3 years. Javoy, Missy, Stephanie, April, Beki, Dawson, Shelly, Pattie, Lucy, Trina, Makenzie, Denise, Lindsay, Melody and Kayla are just a few of the great staff that have done such a great job.

The Cleaning Authority is very consistent and thorough with their cleaning. They come once a month which is perfect for our needs. I really love the communication and I can't say enough how wonderful it is to finish the day with a clean home! Mike and Mel - thank you!

We set up our first cleaning with this place and the first cleaning is supposed to be a deep clean and is at a higher price, they did not do even a regular maintenance clean. Our baseboards were dirty, our oven still had grease on the outside, they did not vacuum the couches or dust the counter/table tops or take out the trash. When we brought it up to management they said “oh they probably just didn’t see it”. We do not recommend this service. This was my mom’s house so it would be under her name bridges, we both live in the house.

On 5/22/25 Taylor on team 10 was by herself and cleaned our rotation 3 and did an amazing job!
