#2). We are 26 years into the 21st centry I should've been able to do everything online without having to make a special phone call that wasn't answered.

I’m very pleased with the service I receive each time the Molly Maids come to my house. They are efficient and do a great cleaning while being friendly and courteous.

10/10 would NOT recommend. These people don’t sweep the dirt before they mop so…dirt and water make mud. Three people showed up late, and stayed for less than an hour to do a DEEP clean. I have documentation from the manager saying that they would clean the inside of my oven they did not touch it. I’ve attached photos of what they consider a deep clean to be. LOL While they were here cleaning I was keeping my two dogs locked outside with me in my backyard, one of the maids came and opened the back door leaving it wide open to ask me a question. My dogs ran in immediately. I put them straight in their kennels but while I was doing that I noticed they were mopping the floors but never actually swept them first. They were scooping up clumps of dirt and mud with the bottom of their wet swiffer attachment. I asked them if they were going to sweep and they said they vacuumed. I specifically asked them to actually wipe the baseboards and they said they would mop them but none of the baseboards had been cleaned when they left. My house was dirtier when they left then when they got there. They left watermarks on all of my faucets, every surface either had dust or fingerprints still on it , and I have proof of all of this. When I spoke to the manager, when he finally got back to the office several days later, he requested payment. I told him I would not be paying him for this, after explaining the maids did not do the job we agreed on, and he hung up on me after he told me that he would be sending this to collections . These people are super unprofessional and I cannot stress enough how much this place and these people are a joke!

The team of Jaden and Hadyn were incredibly kind, hard-working and thorough in cleaning our new home. Our first experience with Molly Maid was impressive and the beginning of a long business relationship. Thank you!!!

I am very unimpressed with the cleaning done by Molly Maids. The area where the floor meets the baseboards is super dusty. The bathroom floors are not clean. My tables/countertops were quickly wiped down, but nothing was picked up/moved so there’s dust underneath the items. Some of them weren’t cleaned/wiped at all. The oven and microwave were not cleaned at all. One of my cabinets was sprayed with something, but nothing wiped down (has obvious streaks on it). There are literal cobwebs in my laundry room. All parts of cleaning that are difficult for me to keep up with (which is the entire reason I paid someone to clean my house) were completely neglected. It looks like everything they did do was done with 20% effort.

It’s highly disappointing to pay someone to do a job and it be so poorly done! I would absolutely not recommend Molly Maids as a cleaning service to anyone.

I hired Molly Maid for a move in clean about 2 weeks ago. The apartment had sat empty for a while and there was dust, cobwebs etc... They came in the day before the move and I let them in, left to go pick up my son and run some errands. The apartment was completely empty, and while I understood there was some water damage inside 2 cabinets and the oven was not accessible, I was disappointed to see they barely did anything. The cobwebs were still there, the inside and outside of the cabinets that COULD be cleaned were dirty, baseboards and window sills were dirty, etc. The only thing I KNOW they did was mop the floor bc it was still wet when I arrived and wiped down the toilets (2), sinks (2), and wipe down the tubs. The shower walls and hardware( faucets and shower heads were untouched). I ended having to deep clean myself as I unpacked, after paying. I usually don't leave reviews, but in this case I literally paid for someone to mop. Will never again use them. Lesson learned.

Joe and his crew are great. They are eco friendly. Communication is terrific. Highly recommend Joe and his crew.

Joe and Stephanie always respond in a timely manner. They explain details about tasks when I have questions and show me how to be efficient and professional.

I have been a long time customer in multiple cities. They do an amazing job and I have had no issues at all! Such a great feeling to come home after they have worked their magic. Thank you to all their awesome teams!

It was a very good experience since this was our first time. I had team 4 for the first clean, and they were very polite and professional. They were very friendly to our dog which is always a plus. They did a very detailed initial clean and we were highly satisfied! I would totally recommend them to anyone!

Karen and Tiffany have been thorough and cheerful as they do their work cleaning my house. They have both been to my home before and I welcome seeing them come in my door. They do a great job.

The Smyrna Cleaning Authority has been cleaning my house for the last 5+ and I've been pleased. Fran has been my regular and she is a hard worker, very thorough, and takes pride in her work. I also appreciate her friendliness and commitment to do a good job. I want to also mention that Christian is a new employee and was a very hard worker today and I was very pleased. job well done!
