My cleaning ladies Anna and Bridget did an awesome job! Highly recommend

*AVOID AT ALL COST*
I hired them to do a deep clean for a new house we moved into in Nashville.
They didn't touch the backsplash or grout. Horrible service. They left the cleaning supplies on the front porch. Didn't even bother to throw the supplies in the trash bin.

I contacted the office, they offered me a refund. Yet they have given me a run around for months. AVOID AT ALL cost.
I used a website and found a better service, for cheaper. That was able to come clean the same day.

The girls showed up at our new house on time and were so nice. They were very efficient with their work. Amazing job done by both of them! Next time I need professional cleaning done, I’ll be sure to call you guys again! Thanks! Oh, and the ladies said they were “route 3” if that means anything? 😊

We love Molly Maid! It definitely takes the load of deep cleaning off my back for a very affordable price!

Our house has never looked better with help of the Molly Maids SE Davidson & Rutherford Counties team including Bridget and Anna! They are hard-working, wonderful, caring people that do a great job!

I contacted Molly Maid about a month ago to schedule a move out cleaning for today, May 25th. We set the arrival time for sometime between 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm. I received a call around 10:40 AM today from the cleaner asking if they could come early, which I had to say no to since I had movers at the house getting everything loaded. This person seemed quite displeased that they were not able to come early, but I explicitly said that another day would not work and that I would like to keep my originally scheduled time slot.

I called the general number before my time slot began and left a voicemail asking for confirmation that we were still on for the originally scheduled time. I did not hear back (currently 7:00 PM). After the originally scheduled window had passed, I reached back out to the person who had contacted me to see when they would be arriving. I was told they had another house they were going to do first and that they would then be over. I expressed concern about this since I had a carpet cleaner scheduled for 6:00, but they said they would be able to finish the carpeted area in time.

After the phone call, I received a text message saying “ My boss said that our schedule is until 5:30 and we will get there by 3:30 or 4 o’clock and we won’t have time to do the whole house”. I immediately requested the boss’s number, and spoke with her over the phone. I explained the situation and she told me that they would come and stay until the job was finished.

Around 3:20 PM, the cleaners arrived and began cleaning the house. At one point I made sure to point out a particularly bad area that required more attention on our laminate flooring. I went outside and at 5:30 on the dot, the cleaners said they had finished and left. When I came back in I noticed that the area I explicitly pointed out was still quite dirty and had not been totally cleaned so I had to redo it myself.

Overall, most of their cleaning was solid, but they didn’t finish the job and instead made sure to leave right at 5:30. If I had not contacted the cleaners and boss, I’m not even sure that they would have shown up! I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service and professionalism displayed by Molly Maid and would definitely not recommend them for someone looking for a reliable cleaner.

I would not recommend using this cleaning service. I was quoted a price of $180-240, but was charged $305. I was never told there was an hourly rate. Also, one of the maids did a poor job cleaning my 2nd bathroom. It was a move out cleaning and she left the tub unfinished, the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned and neither was the kitchen sink. The other maid had to finish cleaning the tub. They don’t sweep the floors, they just use a wet mop to clean the floor. They’re only wiping things down and not really cleaning them. I will never use Molly Maids again. I feel I was overcharged for the mediocre cleaning I received.

Laurie Guzman is truly amazing! Even though I did not use her service she still helped me during a crazy time. I was moving and finding a job. She graciously considered sending out my resume and helping out when she did not have to. This company shows their clients that they will go above and beyond for you in any way. Even though I did not use their service this time I was be using them in the near furture!

I met the two ladies for the first time today. They did an excellent job of cleaning. I told them I will call again in the nest few weeks. Pricing is fair and reasonable as well.

I am very happy with our Molly Maids. They arrive on time they are very efficient.Jaden is the route manager. In the beginning I had a few issues. I called the office, they offered to fix them, I refused. They listened and now they are cleaning how I wanted it. I think that it is fair to give them several chances to get into the routine of your home, they need to get used to what you want, then decide if you want to continue or not. We are adults and I feel that talking and sharing our expectations helps the process run smoothly.
If I need to change a schedule or have a question I always receive a quick response from the office.
It is so nice to come home to a clean house. Thanks girls!

I've been a customer for about a two and a third years. Two ladies come to my home every four weeks. They were just here today and asked me to write a Google review. I don't often do reviews, but since they asked...
Overall, they do a pretty good job. BUT they are in and out in 40 minutes. So no deep cleaning anywhere. They just "knock the top off" of the worst dust and bathroom gunk. $125 for 40 minutes?
I don't want to complain because I depend on them to keep me from the "Miss Havisham" syndrome. After all, they do leave the place MUCH cleaner than it would be if I had to do it myself. Oh well.

Bridget, Anna, & Ashley arrived on time. They worked like a great team & did a wonderful job.

Two ladies came in and started cleaning and got right to it. They asked as they were cleaning to make sure that they were getting everything that I wanted to be done in each room.

Over two decades we have been served by Molly Maids. The company is excellent in every way. The maids are cheerful, helpful, efficient and personable. We have them every two weeks. If we need to change the day, re-scheduling is no problem.I highly recommend Molly Maids.

We hired Molly Maids to do a move out cleaning. Not only did they do a terrible job cleaning (did not clean base boards or window sills, did not wipe out cabinets), they broke the blinds in the dining room. I do not recommend them. They were a complete waste of money. Do not use!!!

Jaden and Havyn are amazing!!! They have an awesome attitude and are very friendly. I am super satisfied with their professionalism and attention to detail while they are cleaning our office. These to Ladies need a raise for their amazing work ethic. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely the worst service! I would never recommend this company to anyone. I wish there was a way to upload pictures for every one to see. Was supposed to clean cabinets, baseboards, windows, ceiling fans, bathrooms & floors I came home to the family room, steps and 1 bedroom vacuumed, windows and partial bathroom cleaned. In response to the amazing reply from the owner- the computer generated work order is a summary, you, yourself Bill, came and did a walk through and specific items were discussed- upstairs bathroom-shower, sink, toliet, floor & baseboards, hallway vacuumed & stairs vacuumed & baseboards. Downstairs was to include complete kitchen- wiping down bottom cabinets, stove, countertops, baseboards, floor. Family room- baseboards, windows, vacuumed, Living Room the same. 2 downstairs bathrooms cleaned like the upstairs and 1 downstairs bedroom. When the girls arrived, we discussed each area in detail and we called you with the discrepancy of windows which you said should be done and if they go over, you would take care of it. The place was left partially cleaned. If you give an estimate and specifics are discussed, that is what is expected. Main areas of focus being bathrooms and kitchen, as you can see were not thoroughly cleaned. Upon returning, your office manager was extremely rude and wouldn't take responsibility. They came back and cleaned the stove, bathroom faucets and baseboards by the stairs. We called you again and your office manager while you were on speaker phone, became irritated, slammed down my cell phone and stormed out. You haven't been paid because I have contacted the corporate office which should have been in contact with you.

Hateful by no means, extremely upset and disappointed, absolutely. Pictures don't lie!

The young ladies with Molly Maid are so nice and professional. My wife and I look forward to the days they come. My wife and I both have major medical issues and Molly Maid has been fantastic in working with us around my wife's doctors appointments. I couldn't recommend a quality Maid service better than Molly Maid.

I just got out of the hospital a couple weeks ago and was really not up to cleaning yet so I called Molly Maids for a one time cleaning. Leigh and Bridget did a fabulous job getting everything clean! My tub sparkling clean when they were done!! And it smelled wonderful in here too! I was very happy with Everything. And they were both very sweet!! Thank you so much ladies!
