AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My family used the cleaning authority for about 6 months. After the most recent clean we noticed a smell in our children's room upstairs (ages 5 and 6). After looking around we found a flavored nicotine vape pen left on our kids toy kitchen set! This means not only were they smoking/vaping in my house, but left the device in the reach of my children.

When I called to report it, no one seemed to take the gravity of it seriously.i got comments like "Well they're not supposed to be doing that!". I asked about being refunded for this clean and they told me I'll get a call back from the owner, which I never did. This shows a lack of accountability at the management level.

The Cleaning Authority has done a great job cleaning our home. Really appreciate all the hard work they do!

We have been using The cleaning authority (CA)services for last couple of years and they have been doing an excellent job especially we were impressed with last couple of visits by Mike and Mel. They were very friendly and did everything with details. CA hires good people who do a good job and make adjustment as needed.

TEAM #3, Taylor & Heather, are professional & incredibly thorough. They left every room spotless, paid attention to the smallest details, & use products that made the whole house smell fresh without being overpowering. I really appreciate their care & respect for my home. It feels amazing to have such a clean & organized home. I have been using The Cleaning Authority for about 9-10 months & I highly recommend.

I have been using Cleaning Authority - Smyrna for the past 9 months. We had a few bumps at first, but the team I have now is doing a good job. My designated team (Michael & Mel) are thorough and always ask me to check their work before they complete the clean. I appreciate that they ask for feedback. On my last clean, this team went above and beyond. They even cleaned off the crayon markings from when my daughter decided to color on her bedroom walls. I was impressed.

Team 2/Robin and Megan did a great job today! We have been very happy with the cleaning services provided by TCA.

I am so pleased with Melissa Bramlett and Sandra (Spanish), especially as a team. They are proficient and trustworthy, I never feel like I need to check up on them for cleaning or with my belongings. Both of them surely live a honest and trustworthy life because it comes through in the way they work when they’re here. Excellent team, wish I had them every time . . . Thank you Susan.

Wow! The clean this week was fantastic. Very thorough. Jay and Cookie did a great job.

Clean teams are fast, friendly and efficient. Today Heather and Missy did a great job dusting our nicknacks, mopping floors, dusting ceiling fans, etc. It takes them only an hour or two to do a surface clean, including bathrooms. Very happy to have this service!

Missy and Megan did an outstanding job cleaning my townhouse today, as always. TCA consistently does an amazing job when they visit. I also had a change in my schedule recently and needed to change my regular cleaning day. There was no issue in changing that day and it was done quickly. Highly recommend.
