Everything was just great with Stanley steamer. The carpet looks so fresh and just looks new and the guys were super nice and worked really hard. Just love that we had it done and it looks awesome! Appreciate all of their hard work! Ty!

The sales person stated that they would allot 30 minutes to clean my carpet. Spent a great deal of time trying to to sell other services. I feel that the stain in my carpet could have been removed with more effort.

My experience with Stanley Steamer was great!! I had them here to clean a carpet and asked what else they clean. Before they left, I had my new sofa sprayed and my 1930s tile cleaned! I didn’t even know that my old carpet and especially the tile could ever be that clean!!! Here are some photos taken during the cleaning process.

The guys did a great job of explaining everything that was about to happen .. I am a little particular, about a lot of things, they put me quite at ease. I was very concerned about a new member of our family, a kitten I had just rescued. I was assured that everything used on our carpet was completely safe for Bella as well as our 8-year-old boxer Lexi.

This is a home we had inherited.. there was a particular high traffic area that I thought was "beyond redemption". I wish I had a photo of the before, the carpet color was almost unrecognizable .. I am quite impressed the carpet looks almost new and the other rooms look great. I'm very satisfied.
I will definitely use Stanley Steemer again and highly recommend them..

This was my first experience, having a couch, professionally cleaned. I will admit, my light gray couch was kind of nasty, because my 80 pound dog uses it as her playground. Both technicians were awesome and made the entire process seamless! They treated anything surrounding the couch area, with great care! I could not believe that before and after photos of my couch! It was worth every penny! I will now be using this company to clean my couch every year!

Ordered service at 10pm and cleaning was available for the next day. Technicians were knowledgeable and professional. Service was exceptional. I can always rely on this company.

I can’t lie, my first experience this time with Stanley Steemer was not great. In fact, they had to come back. But they did so for free and David and Thomas were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make everything great. They were friendly they were professional. I was so impressed Totally canceled out the earlier visit that was a disaster. I expected the best from Stanley Steamer and was not surprised. They cost more than some bargain priced cleaners, but the quality of service is much higher. They cleaned a couch and two chairs and took their time and did excellent work. They were also friendly. I think my dog would have gone home with Marcus.

I didn't like the idea that you charge so much for service. By using my water and electricity. There should be a charge back to me. For water and electricity used. I was was charge for a very small hallway at the top of the stairs at full price. This was my first time using Stanley Steemer. I'm not sure i will call again because of hidden prices. I was scheduled for basic cleaning at $145 it change to $177.50. When technician arrived with a different payment agreement.

The technician did a good job overall.
