The guys done a great job with cleaning the carpet at our location. Very friendly and worked nonstop until the job was completed. The carpet looks and smells better.

Highly recommend Jorge & Noah with Stanley Steemer! They were extremely professional and amazing! Our carpet looks BRAND NEW and it took no time! This cost literally $40 more than renting a rug doctor, buying cleaning products and doing it yourself and then taking the cleaner back to the store and the results are completely different than the DIY we did.

I really appreciate the work Ricky and Craig did cleaning the carpet in our bedrooms. They get a great job and our carpets look great. They were very thorough and answered all my questions. We will be doing business again with Stanley Steemer. Thank you again.

Great service and great response time. I set the appointment for carpet cleaning early morning and the guys were on time and professional later that evening. My carpets look like we just moved in and the professionalism was top notch. Will definitely use them again, just wish the pricing was based on square footage cleaned instead of size of room when there’s furniture taking up the space that won’t be moved for cleaning.

My two technicians were great, they had such an amazing personality. I would definitely recommend Stanley Steemer.

Didn’t exactly love that the tech was vaping in my house the whole time. Also added the shower stall option day-of, which might have made them not do the best job. I had to do most it myself when they left. Carpets look great though.

Wyatt and Jordan did a great job! They were polite and friendly and very thorough! Our carpet looks wonderful. They also cleaned an old recliner and it looks almost new! We’re very pleased!

At first, I didn’t see the value in companies providing a quote before asking customers to accept the terms and conditions. However, after my recent experience, I realize how important that step is.

I booked a service for my small to medium‑sized cream‑colored couch, and the total cost was $136. Unfortunately, I feel this was a waste of money. I wasn’t expecting miracles, but I was able to clean my couch better myself with oxyclean than the results I received from your professional service.

Upon arriving, Tabitha and Matt gave a very honest feedback that they didn’t feel their service was a good fit for our needs. They were polite, honest, and caring even though it cost them the ‘sale’. Thank you!

The work on my rugs was very good. Thomas & his sidekick did an excellent job. Very courteous & hard working. The price for the work was entirely to expensive. The next cleaning please send someone to my home to give an estimate.

I had my two houses air ducts and dryers cleaned, plus one house had the carpets cleaned and deodorized. I must say that I am super impressed with the professionalism of the two sets of men who came here. They were so nice and answered all of my questions.

I’m a licensed general contractor in Franklin, TN. I hired Stanley Steemer to do a post-construction cleaning of my client’s ductwork in his home which was full of drywall dust after the completion of our project. I couldn’t be there when they came to do the work but my client was home and had them come in my absence. Here is what my client just texted me: “These guys are so professional and high quality work man just so you know they’ve done a great job and super kind and respectful of the place.”

Jorge and Kirk were the best! Very professional and thorough with the process before starting the cleaning! My carpet looked as good as the day I moved in!!!! I would highly recommend these two gentlemen!!! Who knew Stanley cleaned leather furniture? Not me! And they did a fantastic job. Ricky and Seth were extremely professional. They gave me a full detailed description of what they were going to do. They took their time they did it right and I could not be more pleased.
