3 days later - Second time's the charm :) I called my area Stanley Steemer to discuss the issues I had with our carpets. Gina was very receptive and helpful, and she offered to send out a tech to re-do the one area carpet. The techs came out as scheduled and did a great job, stains removed and the carpet looks and smells better. I appreciate the quick response and am satisfied with the result.

We have been long time customers of Stanley Steemer, both in Chicago and now in Nashville. Yesterday we had 4 rooms and hallway areas cleaned as well as two 8x10 wool area rugs. We also added deodorizing for the area rugs and the upstairs landing.
The good news: The technician was on time, did a thorough job, explained the pricing and what was included.
The bad news: For what we paid (about $670, which included a discount), it was not a good value. The one wool area rug still shows quite a few stains; this morning I used a store bought spot remover on a few of the areas and it took it out the stains almost completely. Both of the wool rugs still don't smell good; I paid for the deodorizer because I know wool can have a 'wet dog' smell after cleaning until it dries completely. But even the rooms that were not deodorized don't smell fresh.
A friend of ours recently used a competitor (national) for her carpets. This company includes deodorizing in the cost, and believe me, their place smelled great when it was finished.
My suggestion: Include deodorizing in your cleaning (at NO extra cost), allow the customer to opt out if they don't want it.
Give customers the option to have their areas cleaned by square footage instead of 'whole rooms' - in most cases people aren't going to move their beds and other large furniture pieces, since these areas don't get dirty from walking, etc. It feels like a ripoff when a 10x12 room with a queen bed is priced the same as an open area room of the same size.

Tabitha and Ricky did a great job explaining their process in advance. They did some extra furniture moving for me and explained what we needed to do once they completed the work. This is the first time we is company, but will definitely use again. Great job!

Elijah and Marcus did a great job on my area rug, my tiles and grout. I think I will like the new color on the grout. I had never thought of doing that, so was glad they made the suggestion. They clean as they go and left everything back in place. They were very professional, polite and personable. They are great representatives of your company and I really appreciated their help.

My carpets are old, so I wasn’t expecting miracles. After the first cleaning, I honestly didn’t notice much improvement, and there were even some black lines afterward that hadn’t been there before.

However, I really appreciate that Stanley Steemer sent someone back out at no additional charge. Tabitha and Nathan came today, and Tabitha took the time to explain everything thoroughly, including what results I could realistically expect.

This time, I can personally see a big difference. The photos show the progression: before cleaning, after the first cleaning (with the black lines), and then today.

I’m very happy with the final result and would definitely use them again.

We used Good Day Services again to pressure wash our garage floor. Blake treated the floor with a mixture of chemicals, thoroughly scrubbed it, and finally pressure washed it using professional truck-mounted equipment. We are very satisfied with the end result. Blake is very conscientious and does a great job at an affordable price.

Good Day Services did extensive aggregate sealing on our large patio, porch and sidewalks. The aggregate is many years old but the sealing Blake did brought the finish back to its original “wet copper”condition. Very happy with the results.

Jamie was very friendly honest and his work was excellent above and beyond.. would highly recommend . Will have him come back from now on..

James did an outstanding job! My house/sidewalks/porches look brand new. (My neighbors’ sidewalk looks like rubbish by comparison)! Everything he got close to looks so much better! They were a joy to deal with and the price cannot be beaten.

I have put off having my house washed just because I had no idea about the cost. I contacted them on Facebook and had a response quickly. Jamie gave me an estimate over the phone, showed up on time and also cleaned the porch and a parking area. I highly recommend getting an estimate for anything you need cleaned. It’s reasonable and didn’t take much time at all. Over the days after having the house cleaned I noticed how clean it smells around the house and on the porch. I had the house painted a few days after and I couldn’t be happier.
