Allen's Air Care did a great job with the installation of our HVAC unit. Crew was very professional and willing to answer all my questions. Replacing the unit really made a big difference with our utility bills. Highly recommend!

We have been using Allen’s for years now and just had to have a new HVAC and duct work installed. They worked with us and explained all of our options. The people working were professional, kind and very considerate of our home. They even loaned us space heaters to use while they were installing. We will never go anywhere else. I can’t say enough positive things about them. I LOVE THEY ARE A LOCAL COMPANY TOO!

Allen’s Air Care did an exceptional job with my heating and air unit. They were prompt and worked very quickly but effectively at my house. All of the workers were very nice and kept me updated on everything. I worked specifically with Steven, and he was very personable and willing to answer any questions I had in a very timely manner. Allen’s Air installed our system in 2007 and has been servicing it since. They have always responded promptly, especially in seasonal highs and lows. A couple of times, when the issue was illusive and they’ve had to return a second time, they worked until the problem was resolved, and then usually waived the return service charge. Each of the technicians have been courteous, professional, informative and personable. We have complete confidence in this company. Additionally, my parents used Allen’s Air for 10 years until they sold their home and were always satisfied with their work. We would recommend this company with full confidence.

I have been using Allen’s Air Care since 2005. These guys are great. Would highly recommend them for any of your heating and cooling needs. Recently when it got warmer, I made the transition of switching from heat to air, (on a Thursday) and noticed my house wasn’t cooling. Called Allen’s first thing Friday morning and a technician was at my house by 9 am. He gave me the bad news my compressor was grounded and it was time for a new unit. By that evening Steven showed up, gave us some options on a great American Standard product. And by the following Tuesday my brand new unit was installed. I didn’t even shop around (even though I had friends who had a “guy”) because the level of service that Allen’s Air Care has provided me over the years, I didn’t hesitate to keep my business with them. The entire team is awesome, very professional and genuinely cares about your comfort. Highly recommend reaching out to Steven for any of your home comfort needs.

We had a unit that was over 20 years old. We knew it was probably due for a change a couple years ago, but Allen's has taken care of the maintenance and were honest about what was needed. They've helped us limp through with only what is absolutely necessary to fix whatever needs fixing. Yesterday, after seeing a hole and some cracks in 3 of the 4 heating coils (which can cause CO poisoning inside the house) and knowing our smart valve was needing replaced, we decided to replace the whole unit rather than put money into a very old unit. Upon arriving at the property today for the installation and walking back to the unit, Mike noticed a sulfur smell and had a tech check the gas meter. I'm glad he did! It was bubbling with a leak from the meter. I called Smyrna Gas and they had Justin at our house before I could step back outside. Crisis averted. It is good to know we have someone we can really depend on for our heating and air with superior knowledge of not only the system, but the utilities that feed the system. Punctual, attentive, fast, efficient, priced right. I needed a gas line installed in a chimney, a wood insert removed, that chimney fitted for ventless logs, and repairs made to the tin on the other two chimneys. They discovered an improperly capped line and even a small leak in the tank, itself. Not only did they do it all, but they identified a massive safety issue that could’ve been a nightmare had no one noticed. Hire them with confidence! Thank you, Mike and team!

After another company came out and told me I needed to replace the entire heating system and quoted me 12 grand, I called Allen's for a second opinion, and I am very glad that I did! The tech came out and not only was very polite, but showed me proof that my system was fine and gave me peace of mind. I will be switching my maintenance plan to Allen's! Thank you!

This is a bit lengthy but I wanted to give a shout out to Allen’s Air Care. A little over a year ago I called out an Air company because our system didn’t seem to be cooling a couple of rooms on the far side of the house. After charging me $180 they told me that everything seemed ok and that I had to keep the vents open. 🙄 This past Monday I woke up and found a small leak coming from the unit upstairs. I called Allen’s Air Care and they not only fixed the leak, they also fixed the airflow problem. Turns out when the unit was installed they installed it improperly and they also broke a part that was causing a restriction in air flow. The unit is now thoroughly cooling the entire house. If you want a thorough job and a job done well, call Chris and the team at Allen’s Air Care! Thank you guys!

I needed my HVAC looked at quickly to figure out why my electric bill was high. I called Allen’s, and they made it out the same day. I forget the name of the guy that came out, but he was great! He was very professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. He got everything taken care of quickly, and it’s been great ever since. I highly recommend using them for your HVAC needs. They are my new HVAC people.

I needed a new Heat and Air company after my my current person recently retired. I was thinking about replacing my A/C unit after it started leaking. I called several companies and Allen Air came out the same day. Since my unit was 15 years old, l decided to go ahead and replace it. Charlie quoted me a great price to replace both my A/C and gas furnace. They came out the following week and had it fully installed and running in 5 hours. They will be my new heat and air company from this day on.

Primetime is my go-to call for all my HVAC issues. Dave is prompt with responding to calls, will text with tips, and is very respectful of your time and money. We have used Primetime for everything from simple checkups when the heat is getting too much for our system, to new unit installation. He stays busy with clients, but he never complains or makes you feel like you're wasting his time. He will explain your systems issues in a way that makes you feel like you actually understand what's going on.

Dave is wonderful, if he is unable to catch your call right away he returns it as soon as he can. He came out several times when I needed my heat and cooling fixed, my unit is pretty old but he kept it going. He explains to you what is wrong and what he did to repair it. Responsive, considerate, patient and dedicated to his customers needs. I had a “user error“ issue with a Greer heat vac system, and Dave walked me through the operational repair necessary for my warmth. He and Primetime, or at the top of my list forever!

My HVAC was wired incorrectly by a previous HVAC contractor, damaged, stuck in defrost mode (costing me a lot of money, every month), and out of date. Dave spent multiple hours looking at wiring diagrams for my 2003 unit, rewiring the system, and installing parts. He was knowledgeable and immediately looked at documentation for references, rather than going on "experience", like most contractors. He also gave honest opinions about replacement vs. repair and told me that prices were high right now; suggesting I wait another year to replace.

If you're looking for intelligent and personable HVAC repair/installation, I completely recommend this business.

Mr. Dave Hutchings is absolutely amazing! When our HVAC unit began acting up recently, not only was he able to diagnose the error, but repair versus replace (surely saving us thousands on a new unit)!!!
