I don’t recommend TMC for any heating system issues. Troubleshooting not accurate. 2 technicians with 2 different visits came to me, but no one found the problem. They changed me for the visits and also for parts but by the end, I still have the issue.

It's hard to give 5-stars when a significant amount of money is leaving your pockets. Marcus, the guy who was on call, gave great service. Figured out the issue quickly (he knew what he was doing), fixed it (he's capable of doing it right), and left everything clean and tidy (he's considerate). He made some recommendations for future usage, a forecast for when I'll need a new unit (the current ones are 9 years old), and options for what I should be looking for. I'll use TMC again.

I have been a customer of TMC for 18 years. They are extremely professional; on time and don’t sell you something you don’t need. I have my HVAC serviced by them twice a year and I know that’s why the original HVAC lasted 18 years. Would never think of going anyplace else.

I called TMC based on a recommendation on behalf of one of your employees David who is a relative of my neighbor and to ask for Jerry. We had Jerry out on August 18th to our residence and while kind and courteous he very bluntly told me he could do nothing to help us out. I guess the task was too much for the taking and didn’t want to take our money. Mind you my wife is 8 months pregnant and we have had some very hot days we were left feeling quite defeated by this whole experience. We have had several companies come out and ALL were willing to help no matter the task if not to just quote us and leave us to review or seek out another option. I reached out asking for help because I was told Jerry was a seasoned veteran and he may be but it looks like your company may be short staffed and not up to the task of my job. Very unfortunate. Be careful reaching out because your work may be too much to handle too.

We were having several issues that were not addressed by a previous installer. I'm so glad that a friend referred TMC. I felt that Jerry was one of the most helpful and knowledgeable AC techs that I've ever dealt with. He was reasonable and honest.

I have used TMC for more than 20 years. Great company. Have always been honest and respectful. They always explain what is going on in a way I can understand. They have never tried to sell me anything. Just replaced a combo unit with them. Great experience!

The TMC team provides great service and value. I have used them now for 6 years. They are very professional. On time for services. U can trust they only do what is needed vs trying to "sell" U something. I suggest using their service contract vs just incident calls.

I definitely think they are one of the best HVAC companies in the Nashville area. I have been dealing with them since 2016. They are really honest; they don't give BS opinions. They are very professional and respect their costumers.

I’ve been using TMC for over 5 years and their service is great. The staff is always courteous and professional. My appointments are always kept and timely. The cost of services are comparable to other big businesses but TMC is local. TMC is apart of the community and that makes their work personal not just business!

I requested TMC to come out and determine why the ac in my rental wasn't cooling, and without authorization, the technician charged the system. I was billed $230 for this, (which then leaked out), when what should have first been done was to determine if there was a system leak. I especially didn't like the response from TMC, from their unwillingness to take responsibility for the failed 'repair' to the over-priced quote to fix the actual problem.

TMC has been taking care of my HVAC since they installed it for 20 years now. When I have had issues they were out the same day & fixed the issue. Great group of people & considerate while in my house. When my system needs replacing I will definitely contact TMC for a quote.

When I contacted TMC, they scheduled someone the next day. The tech arrived at my home before I did and waited patiently until I got home.
Once in arrived, the tech was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly fixed my issues, assured me that him having to wait was no big deal and then followed all that umm with some great, professional advice.
Highly recommend and in will continue find business with TMC for all my HVAC needs!!!

Michael, the tech, has been out to service our HVAC unit before and so I was glad to hear he would be coming out again. He (and others too) has always been very professional but also personable. The company has kept up with my warranty information far better than I did thankfully.

I wanted a gas line installed in my home and TMC not only provided me with a free quote, but had it installed all within the same week. The techs were prompt and on time, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional. They answered all my questions, even ones that weren't related to the gas line. On my previous (very old) HVAC unit, they kept me going when it really started showing its age. Didn't tell me it needed repairs it didn't, and never tried to pressure me into a new system.

A few weeks ago I bit the bullet and decided it was time to replace the whole system. They made solid recommendations on the system and some improvements in the home, worked with me on my budget, my schedule, and did a great tear-out and install. Jerry was the lead technician, and his years of experience and attention to detail really made the job a stress-free event for me!

I also had them perform a total duct cleaning service, and I'm so glad - because in this 42 year old house it had never been done. It was a little more expensive than I expected up front, but totally worth it. Especially after I saw how thorough the entire cleaning was. They even taped up the register boots to seal up the system and prevent air leaks in-between the floors. The overall air quality in our home has improved dramatically.
First class job all the way around!

This was our first time using TMC and we are now dedicated customers! Many people from our neighborhood had recommended them. Excellent communication - Jason was very clear in his assessment of what we needed and didn’t need and Kelvin and Michael worked hard to repair our A/C during the hottest week of the year. Arrived on time and thought their pricing was very reasonable. So happy to have found them!

We could not be more happier with the service we received. Kelvin was professional and honest he diagnosed the issue with our heat pump. He was quick to discover a faulty thermostat was the culprit. Definitely will be referring TMC to family and friends.

I had to spend the better of two days with a failed capacitor in 81 degree temperature having survived 3 strokes in the past 3 years. Luckily I called TMC and requested a service appointment for next day. They arrived at 2:30 pm and replaced the capacitor. It is a whole different world today with cooling at 71 degrees temp. Marcus was my emergency service tech. He is a great service tech and hope he comes on any future date to repair my unit. I recommend him because he is honest and reliable. I would also recommend him for a service award for his acquired skill in electronics technology. Kudos Marcus!
