Our air condition suddenly stopped working (of course, while it was 91 outside). Service technician, Jerry C., came out - very kind and courteous. He figured out the problem and corrected it. It was late, and he did not try to get through the job quickly. He solved the immediate problem and did more to try to prevent future problems. Of course, it cost us, but he does not have anything to do with the cost. Grateful to have a working system again.
