Jordon arrived early, got to work immediately to figure out my heating problem, fixed the issues, & reprogrammed my thermostat. He explained everything & my very patient with all my questions. I would highly recommend.

I was very pleased with Brock Heating and Air. I called when my air conditioner unit was cooling one of our bedrooms. Jordan took over an hour crawling around our attic to see what was going on with the lines. Jordan was very informative and explaining what was causing the issue. Thank you Jordan you are fantastic!!

Showed up on time and did an annual review for our system. Was happy with their services and they brought in a piece of equipment within 48 hours for replacement. Seemed like a good value to me, nice people and easy to work with!

Edit: Was until the second time I had to use them at least. I have called and talked to them multiple times about a simple cleaning and had multiple appointments that no one showed up to or called. Been taking time off work for no reason apparently. Going with a different company now. Only gave two stars because they did a good job like a year ago when I used them.

I have used other companies in the past, but Jordan Brock is by far the most knowledgeable and competent technician I have had come to my home yet. I had a very old unit that ultimately needed to be replaced, but he managed to get it to continue to work (during a very hot week) until the new installation could be completed. Service was prompt, courteous, and done at a reasonable price. Brock Heating and Air will definitely be the company I call for any HVAC issues in the future.

I called the day after Christmas and Jordan Brock was here the next day. The service was for my elderly father and he had a back up heater in his bedroom, so I didn’t ask them to rush out the same day. Jordan came out on time, explained the problem to myself and my Dad, and got everything fixed in less than 45 min. He went through the system a couple times making certain everything was working correctly before he left. The price was very reasonable and service was top notch!

Always have a good experience with Petitt Heating and Cooling and Zechariah today got an A+ as he spent extra time on a side HVAC issue i mentioned (which was outside of the plumbing service call) and fixed it.

We had a new unit installed by Petitt on Wednesday. Logan came to do the estimate. He explained everything, and offered several options. He got right back to us when we decided what we wanted. The appointment was set up quickly and he said it would be 6 to 8 hours. Jon-Michel and two other technicians arrived and were very efficient. They worked steadily for 6 hours and were very neat, knowledgeable and friendly. They also have a plumbing division now. We had an inspection from them of the plumbing in the entire house. The technician for the inspection was also knowledgeable and explained everything. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend Petitt.

My AC was shot and I had Kincaide work on it for me he was efficient and knowledgeable. I can now enjoy my AC thanks to him! I will definitely rehire him if I have another issue!!

I had Petitt Heating & Cooling do a full tear out and replacement of my duct work and HVAC unit. Randy and his team did a stellar job. They were in and out in one day and were very professional and courteous with their work on the inside and outside. They cleaned up everything and left my property looking better than it did before they arrived. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Petitt Healing and Cooling were so great! From being able to leave a message online the night before and getting a prompt text early the next morning, it all went so smoothly. They were able to fit me in the same day, and they didn’t charge me an emergent dispatch fee like other companies that I had contacted. They estimated they’d be at my place by late afternoon which was fine, but they ended up fitting me much earlier around 1pm! The tech, Zach, was very understanding of my work schedule that day and made sure to be extremely thorough and clear with his text messages when he had new info or had questions for me. He was able to get my issue fixed the same day which was such a relief.

I will be using Petitt Heating and Cooling for all of my future HVAC needs!

John came by to check our plumbing system today. We were actually having a leak under our bathroom sink. He was very knowledgeable and able to diagnose and give us an estimate for the repair right away. We needed to do an inspection on the wall for water damage and he was very accommodating to work with us on a diferent day. We appreciate the honesty and care he showed for his customers.

Mark came to our house for the 1st time on January 2024. Our heating system suddenly stopped working in the middle of the night during a snowstorm. The temperatures dropped to the single digits, and we were in need of urgent assistance. Petitt was able to send Mark. He was so kind to fit us in his already busy schedule the next day and efficiently fixed our heating system. He came back today to do our maintenance service, and he did a very excellent and thorough job.

Came home to a 80 degree home. Called Petitt and within 30 minutes Brett showed up. Brett did an awesome job! He’s a very polite young man. Explained everything that he was fixing. Ended up being a quick fix but also discovered we had bacteria growing. He installed an Air Scrubber and a UV light so we can have better breathing air. Thank you for such a quick response!.
