Jon Michael and Jacob have been so professional and great hands as I have seen them several times over the past few months. This time I needed a few pillars put up in front of my unit being that my unit was backed up on by a lady. Not only did they come out and fix my unit the very next morning, but Mike Petitt, the owner responded immediately the moment I sent him a picture of what just happened. I was in shock and nervous being it was a gas line that was hit. The work was completed first thing the next morning. Jacob and Jon Michael worked all morning to get my gas line, unit fixed and create the pillars. I couldn't be more pleased with any company out here. Yall are the best! Petitt has been great to work with since we moved to the area 2 years ago. I first called them up for some preventative maintenance on some older units going into our first winter here, they have always been professional, informative, and honest.

We recently had some intermittent issues with our heat pump repeatedly cutting out right after turning on to cool. The first time we had a tech come out everything was working fine while he was here (of course) and the issue couldn’t be diagnosed. After a couple more weeks of occasional issues, it cut out completely. They arrived within about an hour of my call, tested everything thoroughly, and determined it was a thermostat issue.

It actually ended up being an issue with the c-wire adapter/wiring that I had installed on my own as part of a thermostat replacement a year ago. They removed the adapter, re-did the wiring, and taught me a bit about how it all worked and what I actually needed.

They comp’d the second service charge since it couldn’t be diagnosed the first time, and also offered to re-install and configure new thermostats of my choosing if I had any future issues with my current ones. So no charge today, and we’re back in business in less than 3 hours from the phone call!

Thank you guys!!! Will continue to come back for my future HVAC needs!

Brett was awesome! He came right out on a Sunday evening to assess the issues we were experiencing with our air conditioning unit. He fixed our problem right away. And once in our crawl space, he also noticed a plumbing leak we had no idea was going on. Thank god he was so thorough and found this issue before it became detrimental to the condition of our home! Logan walked me through all the options of a new system and explained everything! His team was out the next day and the new system was up and running and everything logan said they would do they did plus more!
