Zech came to our home this morning to inspect our water heater and general plumbing throughout our home. He was not only friendly but very informative and knowledgeable.

In no time he inspected both our bathrooms, water heater, crawl space and was able to tell us exactly what was in working order, and what he recommended for updates, keeping us in the loop.

I highly recommend him for an inspection!

I was impressed by how friendly the team was, especially Zechariah who took the time to explain everything. The HVAC service was quick and professional and the staff made me feel comfortable from start to finish. A bird even got in the house during the service and Zech helped me get it out!

Pettit HVAC is an amazing locally owned company that truly cares about their customers. They have amazing products and their service levels are top notch. My technician yesterday Zech and today Jock were amazing. I highly recommend this company.

I was out of town and Zech came out and met my wife to diagnose my upstairs HVAC not turning off and stuck on emergency heat. He quickly found the problem and had to order new parts. He came out once parts arrived and fixed the issue. Was professional, explained everything along the way and was great to deal with. 5 stars plus!

Would be 7 stars if that was an option. Extremely nice and friendly office staff and technicians. Provided scheduling reminder text messages. Work was completed on time and at the quoted price. Twice yearly maintenance for well under $200. Technicians took pictures of before and after work was done. Zero complaints and I will highly recommend to friends and neighbors. I also love supporting local businesses. Awesome all the way around!!!

He did a great job of explaining everything, isolating the problem, and giving us a comfortable solution until parts could be ordered on Monday. Alec arrived right on time and went the extra mile when completing the inspection. He discovered a CO2 leak in our unit, which was not surprising given it was 23 years old. He was able to help schedule us for a follow up consultation a few days later. We met with Logan, who was very friendly and informative. He made choosing to continue business with their company an easy decision. I met with Logan on Tuesday and by Thursday his team were here to do a full replacement of our HVAC system. The installation team, Colby, John Michael, and Wyatt were absolutely wonderful. They did a great job getting everything installed and took time despite a very long day to walk us through how to use the system.
