Reviews of local pros in Springfield, Tennessee

Randy was awesome to work with. He came up with a great design and incorporated my feedback while giving further recommendations. It was great to collaborate on parts of the project but also to let him and his team work their magic. This was a large investment for us so we were nervous, but the end result is truly stunning. We can't believe it's our house!

Randy with LandArt Inc is one of the best landscape contractors I have had the privilege of working with in the course of my (over 35 year) career. He pays attention to details, communicates well, has very talented tradesman and most importantly he genuinely cares about his work and his clients. It is an honor to have LandArt Inc execute my designs.

Randy and crew were great to work with on my landscaping project. On time, good work, fair price. Randy is knowledgeable and creative. Highly Recommend.

Randy and Land Art did an amazing job transforming our Brentwood landscape into a beautiful, peaceful, retreat that we love looking at and hanging out in everyday.
They went above and beyond to even correct some things that didn’t go well with our previous landscapers. We felt in good hands with Land Art.
Our pavers to the front door may be one of our favorites- we get tons of compliments and it really transformed our front of the house experience.
Our trees and flowers are thriving now and we can’t wait to watch everything grow into its full glory.
Even now a year later we still feel like we can call Randy if we need something or something comes up. That kind of experience really matters to us.

Randy and his team did an amazing job bringing my outdoor living room to life. I had a completely uneven, ratted with weeds yard that they leveled and built a beautiful retaining wall around. They were hard working, diligent and, perfectionists. They turned my awkward vision into a gorgeous space.

Randy and Jesse and their fantastic crew stepped into our backyard renovation project after a previous contractor walked, leaving us with retaining walls that had to be completely dismantled and reconstructed, rock walls that needed to be rebuilt - in short, a mess. This was a complex project involving wall systems, dry stack rock walls, paver patio and ramp, gravel fire pit, and a lot of curved lines. LandArt completed it to a standard well beyond our expectations. Their rock walls are works of art. The result is both beautiful and built to stand the test of time. We have a completely different backyard now and have been amazed at how the outdoor space has improved our daily lives. We are truly grateful to Randy and the LandArt folks for stepping into a tough situation and bringing us such a beautiful space. We can’t recommend LandArt highly enough!

Landart took on the landscaping project for our new tiny home construction in the Cadiz, KY area!
They helped us with ordering and installing gravel, rock, railroad ties, shrubs and more.
From the beginning all the way through this project, Jesse and his team were top notch and insightful professionals!
The attention to detail, care and confidence in performing each expected task was second to none.
No matter what we needed, this team was there for us and came up with a solution to literally anything we threw at them or had in question/ presented! Jesse and Randy’s responsiveness to any questions or concerns we had were very punctual and the quality of work completed really showed how much they care about the meticulous order of their work! The pictures I have uploaded do not do this project justice and we will be sure to enjoy all of the incredible and beautiful landscaping done to our tiny home for years to come! Thanks so very much for taking an interest in this project but also for taking an interest in us personally as your clients.
The amount of knowledge and skills alone were well worth having them on board for this project.
They do very clean and concise work - which I appreciate and am grateful for!
This is absolutely a top notch company - every dollar spent was well worth it (and that is honest feedback coming from a VERY particular and picky client).
These guys are simply best in the south in my opinion! You will not be disappointed!!

They did a wonderful job on our grotto and property entry, even through inclement weather they persevered and got it done by summer. They really know what they’re doing and our grotto is a work of art. They were very amicable to changes throughout the whole process. I would recommend them for any project, large or small

Builds a wonderful house.

3rd generation company that cares deeply for the work they do as well as their employees

Working with Scotty has been a treat! Extremely professional and knowledgeable when it comes to demolition and new building construction. We only use JS Gardner Construction for all demolition in Clarksville and Nashville. We know that they’ve got all the tools that any demolition contractor would need for any job we can throw at them.

They were able to repair a ceiling that had been classified as loss. This expertise allowed my father to continue living in his home.

They were very respectful, kind and protected our privacy while renting a on-site dumpster.

Our family absolutely recommends JS Gardner Construction.
