Well, I'll be nice to them, I'll give them 1 star. Why? For starters the only other 2 reviews this guy has says he is honest, far from the truth(hey don't believe me, just go check for yourself). Also they lack one thing: Communication skills, they assume you know what they are thinking, and then act on it....I know, weird.

He was able to repair the main board on our dryer when others told us just to replace it without even looking. Saved us so much money going into the holiday season. I'm so grateful!

The oven had a bad control board. I tell this to the technician since it's what I also do for a living but can't fix it because it's rental property. After 3 trips and 2 lock motor assemblies replaced he finally replaced the control board but now it will not self clean. Actually the manager assumed I would work on it ( for free mind you) and give them a free estimate of the cost of the repair. Apparently you and the manager get along so well because you both like to assume things. I told the truth and nothing
but the truth about you and if you can prove your comment about why they didn't use me then prove it or your a liar as well. If they didn't use me because of reviews then they lied and I have the emails to prove it.

I am a property manager and have used this company once so far. I found him to be professional and good at communicating. He let me know our options and completed the repair as agreed. There was a delay due to the wrong part being sent, but he let me know and went back to finish once the correct part arrived. I will use him again in the future.

Mr. Henderson was professional, prompt, genuinely nice, and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired two appliances in less than an hour. Wow! The price was reasonable, as well! 5 stars from me!

Joey with Affordable Appliance Repair was great. Another company said that my washing machine needed a new motor plus a few other things, costing over $500. I wanted another opinion, so I called around and got Affordable Appliance Repair. Joey replaced a few small parts (not the motor) and it only cost $140. I will be keeping his number in my back pocket.

Responded to my call, and set up a appointment. He came by early, looked at my washer and ordered the part. Even gonna hook up my dryer when he returns. Will definitely use his services again.. Thank you. Prices very affordable. He's been in service on his own for 16 years. Knows his appliances.
