Joey came to look at the washer and was very honest, timely, professional and knowledgeable. We had a backup washer and we’re interested in keeping it for one of our children for when they were ready to move out. With the parts and labor it was determined that fixing the washer just wasn’t worth the investment. I greatly appreciated his honest opinion. I will use him again when needed.

Joey was awesome! Polite and professional. Came in and diagnosed the problem in minutes. He had my fridge running in no time. And he also looked at my washer for no charge. Call this guy if you need service!

Joey was very responsive when I called him about my dryer going out. He was able to fit me into his schedule very quickly. He called when he was on his way to my house and the repair and service call was very reasonable. He was friendly, professional, honest, and explained exactly what he was doing. Joey with Affordable Appliance Repair Service is a GEM. My year and a half old dryer suddenly stopped heating, so did everything I could to troubleshoot the issue before realizing I needed to call in an expert, and I am SO glad Joey was the expert I called! He returned my call promptly, and was able to schedule to stop by the next day! He not only made the repair needed, but explained to me what had happened that led to the problem, and also solved a problem with my dryer vent that I didn't even know I had! It used to take me two 60 minute dryer cycles to dry a medium load of laundry. After his repair and tweak of my dryer vent ducting, I'm able to dry the same load in 45 minutes, just like he said I would! Fantastic service, fantastic knowledge, fantastic guy. Thanks, Joey!

My refrigerator stopped cooling. I called Affordable Appliance Repair and I explained what was happening and the gentlemen explained what he thought it was and also told me what I could do to resolve it. I am in the process of doing what he said. He could have just as easily come out and charged me a service call for something that I could take care of but he didn't. I appreciate that. If I have any other appliance problems I will definitely call Affordable Appliance Repair service.

Whoever is in the van at Old Hickory Blvd and I-65 in Madison at 6:45pm doing 20 mph while texting should be reprimanded immediately.. As many times as he crossed the white line from Gallatin Rd to I-65, he's most definitely a liability..

As a home owner of 20 + yrs I appreciate good service this company WILL NOT disappoint they were there on time. Professional,clean prices very reasonable Isaac the owner very knowledgeable back tracked my problem that I had for months and corrected it, asked to have a few other things corrected while he was there. Those issues were done also right away highly recommend this company as I will be recommending them to family and friends!

Issac was great! I called and left a message and he got right back to me. When the weather interferred with our original appointment time, he sent me a text early about when he would be there. Isaac and his crew rewired our house which was concrete and had the old conduit ran through it. Isaac and his crew rewired every bit of it like he said he would and done a great job. Isaac and his crew did a very good job installing can lights and an associated dimmer switch in our house. They also installed power and lights to two out buildings on our property.

Issac and his team were amazing to work with. Issac was very informative and communicative every step of the way of the 3 projects they were doing for us. The main project was doing a complete setup to our newly built pole barn. In addition to setting up the electric to the barn, they added the lights on the inside & outside plus added our fans on our lean to. The 2nd project was setting up our panel switch for us to be able to switch over to our generator in our house in the event our power goes out. The 3rd project was setting up a new outlet in between our garage doors for our garage door openers. Issac was always helpful and willing to walk us through what would be best for us in the end. We will be repeat customers for sure and we highly recommend him & his team for your electrical needs!
