Our assigned technician, Michael, was great! Very patient and helpful. This is the second time we’ve used Appliance Rescue Service, and we will continue to use them for our appliance maintenance. 5 stars!

My ice maker stopped working. Excellent customer service. Billy, my technician identified the potential problem quickly. Initial fix was reasonable but I questioned spending $500 on. a 12 year old refrigerator AA informed me that if it didn’t work and an additional $259 part was needed they would remove and only charge me for initial installation cost. Part didn’t work and Billy removed and waived diagnostic fee and only charged for install. Need a new refrigerator but AA was honest and fair given my situation. Highly recommend this honest e-mail owned business!

This is the second time we've used Appliance Rescue. The first time was for a dishwasher issue, this time was because we left the freezer door ajar over a long weekend. While the freezer recovered, we wanted to double check that we hadn't done permanent damage. Ask yourself, is your piece of mind worth $75 and 30 minutes of time? It certainly is for us.
Their team is always prompt, helpful, and professional. We've gotten Mitchell both times and I appreciate that he takes time to explain the repair, make product recommendations, and give tips for extending the life of all major appliances.
For as long as we live in their service area, we will continue to rely on Appliance Rescue for repairing our appliances. Excellent work as usual!!

After we were stood up by several other companies, Appliance Rescue Service literally rescued us from another week in the Dallas heat without a working refrigerator. From booking through the payment process, they exceeded our expectations. Alvin was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, going above and beyond in replacing necessary parts on our Frigidaire fridge. Natalie was also so helpful in managing our appointments while we waited for a part to arrive. Highly recommend!

Our oven light went out and the wires shorted. We called ARS on a Monday and Mitchell was here Wednesday morning and had everything fixed and working again in less then thirty minutes! He also walked us through best practices to maintain our other appliances (fridge, stovetop, washer/dryer), stating he wanted to give us the best bang for our buck. This was above and beyond fantastic service!

The Technician, Billy, is outstanding. But the company gave me a 3 hour window of when he might show up. It would have been nice to know if he was coming early, toward the middle or near the end of the window. No updates from the company until he showed up with 10 minutes left in the 3 hour window. Then Billy told me he had stopped for lunch before he came. The issue is that this is a rental house so I had to sit there for the full 3 hours. It would have been nice to have a little more granular arrival time.

Wouldn’t trust anyone else with our appliances than Mike at Rescue Appliance. Mike can fix anything! He is professional and patient. And, he is knowledgeable on all makes, models and types. Plus, he is a great guy and is a pleasure to work with!

This company provided exceptional service again. Billy, my technician is friendly, courteous, very well qualified and always on time to my scheduled appointment. My handyman referred us to Appliance Rescue Service several years ago. So, they are my go to company to fix my broken appliances. Because, if they still have some life left, I get it fixed. This is why I give this company 5 stars, exceptional service. Also, Billy, my technicians keeps it real with me and on the cost of new appliance or repair. I like having that option. But for now, he fixed my dishwasher and it's operating like brand new. I highly recommend this company.

Mitchell is the best!! I like to know the details of what is not working and he was very patient and detailed in explaining. He had helpful tips for all major appliances that he shared as well. Appliance Rescue came highly recommended and I will recommend them to everyone moving forward as well. Good to know we have someone we can trust when we need them again in the future.

Oh my gosh, hire these people! They came and repaired my dishwasher two days before thirty people were coming for Christmas Eve dinner. The super friendly front office got me on the wait list and then immediately called me when they got a cancellation! The serviceman was prompt, very knowledgeable and so upbeat. While we waited for the dishwasher to drain, he went over all my appliances and gave me helpful hints that will help them last longer and save me money when they do need to be repaired. These are the best service professionals I have had out to this house ever.

Advised tech on way, arrived early in three hour window which was greatly appreciated. Joe was efficient and explained options which basically did not include repairs. Best advice was to move on to new equipment. Agreed with tech and again appreciated his straightforward recommendations.

What an exemplary experience. I emailed last night to get an appointment and received a call back the first thing in the morning at 8:30. I was able to get an appointment the same day and the technician was early. Joe came in, diagnosed everything after troubleshooting and was gone within 30 minutes. Joe was fantastic and I appreciate, how much he helped! Thank you very much!

First, they were super accommodating and moved up our appointment after someone else cancelled. Mitchell came out and got right to looking at our clothes washer. All said and done, he was honest enough to say it would be better to get a new one than to spend money repairing our old one. Not really the news I was looking for, but the honesty was a nice touch. He even gave me some recommendations on what to look for.

Excellent and communication and follow up on appointments. Billy was great. He diagnosed the issue and used his resources to find a solution. Our appliance was pretty old so no real fix but he gave us plenty of options while answering questions on some of our other older appliances. Very knowledgeable and came out on a cold, somewhat icy morning.

Mitchell was great! He made sure to show me how best to replace the water filter and gave me other tips on both my refrigerator and oven. Since they’re both new, his experience and tips are invaluable!

Mitchel has been helping us with appliance repairs for several years now. His knowledge about all appliances makes it much easier to decide what action needs to be taken next and how to go about it. Great company I would definitely recommend.

The repairman was on time. Kept us informed about the service . The issues I had were he did not place a cover on my wood floors to catch the debris and water. He cleaned up some afterwards completely. Very happy the Repair was successful to have my fridge working

Michael was able to diagnose and fix my leaking dishwasher quickly and effectively, will definitely be using ARS again in the future!

Billy from Appliance Rescue Service came promptly (even a bit early) and was able to help us fix the uneven flame on our gas stove. He was very responsive, friendly, and not at all pushy. Highly recommended!

Michael was great. Very professional and honest. He came to repair my dishwasher. He thoroughly evaluated my Appliance and told me it would cost more to repair it than buy a new one. He even showed me an estimated cost for the repair. He just can’t find better than that.
