I just had the best experience with Mitchell from Appliance Rescue Service. They let me know they were on their way. He wasn't able to repair my 25 year old refrigerator because the parts are no longer available but he gave me great insight into what to purchase to replace it. On his way out, he gave me very helpful advice on all of our appliances and the best way to get the most life out of them! Super helpful. If you have an appliance in need of service, I highly recommend them. Prompt, courteous and very reasonably priced.

The work was done timely and with good communication. The tech however left a couple of gouges in my hardwood floor when he moved the refrigerator. Is this something you can address. Please see pictures as I just noticed this morning.

Very prompt service – same day. The technician, Michael courteously called as he was getting close to our place. He was very pleasant, efficient and solved the problem immediately. I have been using Appliance Rescue for years and they have always been excellent.

Was very happy. They took it on themselves to keep an eye out on cancellations in case an earlier appointment opened up. They managed to get me taken care of, the day before thanksgiving!!! I figured id be waiting, but these guys really took care of me.

The man that came out, Billy, was friendly, professional, quick and did great work.

We had this guy come out to fix our dryer a couple of months ago, after he “fixed It” - it immediately started to make a terrible squeaking /screaming noise that comes and goes. It NEVER made that noise before. I’ve sent him videos of it making the noise a couple of times. He said that its because of a part I need to replace. I told him my frustrations after spending over $400 and now having my dryer make a terrible sound that it never made before he worked on it … So then he told me that he would come by and look at it, which he never did. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact him about this issue.

I made an appointment with ease. The next day Ricardo came at the appropriate time. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to fix my washer at a reasonable price. Also, made some good suggestions for the maintenance of my washer.

Jose was amazing!!!!! He was very courteous and explained everything he was going to do to get my dryer back up and running. I will most definitely use his service again and recommend him to others.

Luis was very helpful. He came on time and showed me why our washing machine was leaking. Fixed the machine in no time and tested it to make sure there was no more leak. He also worked on it on a Saturday.
which is convenient for me.
Price is reasonable. Would recommend Luis and his company.

The service tech was able to get to my house very promptly and fix our washing machine. He was polite, and very respectful of our property. I will be sure to use this company for my future appliance repair needs.

Ricardo was phenomenal — stayed late, came early the next day on a weekend morning, price fair and not changed. I was incredibly pleased and would have them come fix any issue over other providers.

An appliance not working is never fun, but Jose made the experience the best it could be! He was responsive, knowledgable, quick (both in fixing the issue and putting me into his schedule) and so kind! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Ricardo! He was professional and was able to fix our dishwasher when we thought the motor had gone out completely. Will definitely call him again if there’s an issue!

Had a great service with BTU. The representative Jose was very prompt and knowledgeable. The dryer stopped working due to excessive lint and fryer the heating element. Was able to fix it and do a deep clean on lint removal as well.

Jose was extremely timely (came say day that I called), honest, and hard worker. He cleaned thoroughly our washer and looked in to new parts- ultimately not recommending in order to save us money. They examined our dryer vent and didn’t try to upsell me on cleaning since it wasn’t due. I am extremely satisfied.

Jose was very responsive and professional. Had an issue on Thursday late afternoon (close to closing time) and still got a response and appt setup for the following morning (Friday). Response time and repair costs (in my opinion) was fair. Will totally use them again.
