I had very bad water damage in my basement from a storm. I called only expecting to receive a day that they could come in, but Daryl was able to get to me within the next hour. He was very helpful and i’m thankful I called the right people to deal with my situation.

This company has been amazing! Having plumbing problems is so stressful! My insurance adjuster sent these guys out to me and I am so grateful! The first company that came out took a couple readings said it was wet, there was some growth, and said I had to have a plumber out first. Then they never answered the phone to come back. Water Rehab & Restoration had Landin and Cameron out a few hours after my adjuster called! They went through step by step what they were doing and what was going to happen. It gave me peace of mind things would get done right. Then later the same day they sent out Josh and Hayden to dry, remove and sanitize the damaged areas! They were thorough with everything and did a great job preserving as much of my cabinets as they could! They were all so professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend you let these guys put some of those troubles at ease!!

Super responsive and honest. Thought I had some water damage, and someone was out within two hours to do readings and let us know that everything was normal. Even came back to check the attic just in case. They definitely helped put my mind at ease.

Cole did an excellent job today! He went "above and beyond", worked very hard. He has a great work ethic, is very knowledgeable, and did really good work. Called around 10 a.m., and despite us having horrible storms around 5:30 a.m., they were able to get techs out the same day to take a look. I caught water dripping down a bay of windows/small pooling at the base. Landon and Josh arrived, and did a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of the walls. Despite no clear cause, they continued to investigate. I appreciated their thoroughness. They were respectful, attentive, informative and efficient, as well as treated my space like it was their own home. I greatly appreciated their time/effort to get to the bottom of the issue, and would absolutely recommend working with them for water leaks/mitigation.

Foundation work caused a couple of water leaks via broken pipes. The plumber we used recommended these guys and they did all the work to immediately assess the situation, clean the mess, dry the area with fans, etc. They worked with the insurance company to reach agreement on the cost for the remediation.

Then, they also quoted the work rehabbing the whole job-- tile, paint, carpet, etc. Their tradespeople were talented and conscientious, and the cost was fair. It was not anything I want to go through again, but they made it as painless as possible and they did very good work.

I had nothing but a great experience! The team that came out were awesome. They got the job done, and they got it done just the way I wanted it done. They worked fast and efficient 10 out of 10 they made this a wonderful experience for me. I have nothing but good things to say man. My husband and I are really pleased.
