Dustin and his team exceeded all our expectations. We had a hvac leak that took place and their team was out fast and helped us get our house back to normal. I absolutely recommend them.

I would tell you to use them for water drying but if had to do it again I would not have let them tear down and redo the house the painting was bad they got paint on my new carpet and my new bedspread I have paint on door knobs just use a your own risk only good thing I can say is Dustin is good owner but he doesn't keep up with the work crew and Aturo is awful supervisor and lies to you and all ways trying to do everything cheapest he can if anyone wants to see my house and see for your self my address is 3389 Sherwood Dr Plano Texas 75074

I appreciate Ryan Chester and the staff keeping me informed on the progress of the project. Greg was very helpful and worked hard to make sure the restoration was completed to our satisfaction.

We had an attic water heater leak in two story house all the way down to 1st floor. We called Honey Do plumbing in McKinney to replace water heater and Water Rehab to do remediation and demolition and they worked with insurance in a long process to get us a maximum settlement to rebuild our house back to the way it was. Friendly and professional.

These guys did an amazing job. They came in and went right to work, answered all my questions and more extremely professional.
Throughout the process, they kept me completely informed and took care of everything and went above and beyond and even doing things They actually didn’t even have to do. I’ve been in the construction industry for over 25 years. I have worked with restoration companies in the past.
But I was truly impressed with this company, and I would highly recommend them for anything you need they honest who did amazing job

Water Rehab and Restoration came in to mitigate water damage and repair the damages. They evaluated the extent of the water damage, including where water had run under the kitchen laminate flooring, and removed everything with water damage - pantry ceiling walls and shelves, kitchen flooring, cabinet toe-kick boards and dining room carpet. They set up dehumidifiers and blowers in the attic (origin of the leak) and below in the kitchen, pantry and dining room. Once everything dried out, their restoration team rebuilt the pantry (walls, ceiling and shelves), including painting, installed new laminate flooring and installed new carpet. The team also installed and painted new trim all along the floor areas. It looks beautiful. I highly recommend their work.

Hired Russell Jones of jonescobuilt construction back in July for a small commercial buildout. He was very responsive at first but once he got the second payment he stopped responding and has not responded since. So disappointing and heartbreaking how people take advantage of others. I just can't believe this happened to me. Seriously avoid thus guy and his company.

I was contacted by Russell Jones, the General Manager to perform the design service in obtaining the city permit for 6560 John Hickman in Frisco. The service has been completed and the payment was not been made after numerous faked promises via emails and texts. Well, guess he needs that 1,500 bucks more than I do. Just speaking of how shady they are. Be aware.

I was completely impressed with the level of professionalism, and the attention my project was given at our consultations. Johnny was great! He was informative and patient with all my questions, and no question was too small. He was reliable and available. I felt I had found just the right team that would make my home just what I have always wanted it to be! I would highly recommend Jonesco Construction, LLC. to anyone looking for a top notch group to work with!

We worked with Jonathan from CBC on a new roof for our house. Because we didn't meet our deductible he worked with us to make sure we spending on quality materials rather than getting everything as cheap as possible. The work was completed quickly, professionally, and with no issues.

Collin Bryan was there for us when our house was destroyed by an F3 tornado. They took care of restoring our home to much better than before and turned our disaster into our new dream home! From added rooms out of wasted space to new deck and balcony with french doors and great floors, counters, and jet tub, we love our new house!

They installed a shower stall to replace a tub shower. There were several issues during the course of the project. There are still two unresolved issues. I'll edit this review once these issues have been resolved and maybe I can add a star or two. Stay tuned kids.

Oct 4th 2019 update

As you can see I've added two stars. They came back and fixed the two issues. The shower looks and works great. I was impressed by their concern and willingness to make things right. It gives me some comfort in knowing if anything else goes wrong they will be there to put it right.

I highly recommend Collin Bryan Construction. I needed a new roof, windows, fence and repairs to water damage in a bathroom. All were done exceptionally well. The project management, communication and cleanup were first class. I’m glad I picked them and would tell my friends to do the same.

The guys at Collin Bryan construction did a fantastic job repairing my hail damage including the roof and fence. Jonathan Janczewski did a great job as the project manager and Dustin Martin did a great job as the quality manager. Overall I could not be more pleased. Thanks

The salesman zdaniel was very professional during our free consultation. However, the 2 hours and PowerPoint just to get to the estimate was a bit exhausting. Also, very high end pricing, $50k for master bath remodel. We are still shopping.

Call for them to quote a backyard upgrade. Sxhedule an appointment for Wednesday. Got a text on Sunday asking to reschedule my Monday appointment?
Because they couldn't make it. Whatever thing happen. Then proceed to answer a series of questions through text that I had already described over the phone during my first call. Agreed on friday for the quote. Never got a response, and they were a no show with no follow up.

The one problem with living in a home designed by Collin Bryan Custom homes is that it sincerely makes it difficult to live in any other home. I was lucky enough to live ten years in the Patterson Estate, a masterpiece of home that won builders awards for best home in it’s class for it’s year built, as well as best kitchen and best master bathroom. This home was 8,000 of exquisite detail. The three fireplaces were of ultimate craftmanship in detail, the ceilings were the most gorgeous coffers I’ve seen, the oversized kitchen cabinets of highest quality, the stonework throughout home was nothing less than spectacular. The design of the home was well thought out and floor to ceiling windows spanning the home overlooking a designer infinity pool and pond beyond. The whole home was out of a movie. It was impossibly elegant and it was due to to the vision, the commitment, and the spare no expense on quality of one person his company. It took me awhile to write this review, because while we needed to make a move out of state for family reasons, leaving this home was nothing less than heartbreaking. DFW is filled with incredible homes, but anyone who has visited our home, will tell you it is one of the most remarkable houses they have seen. Bryan is a genius, trust this company.
