The two technicians (both named Ian!) Were wonderful! On time, pleasant, and it took about 2 hours for the cleaning ad they were so thorough that my carpet looks almost new again. I'm grateful for their expertise and hard work with a reasonable price also! Cleaned: stairs, walkway, hallway, and 2 rooms!! Would absolutely how them again and am going to hire them for grout work too!

What we were quoted is what we paid (plus tax). Ian told us how the process would go so we knew what to expect. He did a very thorough job and was in and out of our house in less than two hours! Pictures say it all! When a washing machine installation went wrong on Thanksgiving week, Marty, Ian, and Mario sprung into action. The Voda team worked through the holiday to remediate the mold and patch up the wall as if it never happened. They kept things very clean: paper covering the pathway all the way out to the front door and shoe coverings each time they walked in. Very friendly guys who all know their stuff. Highly recommended.

Tech parks his van in our residential neighborhood right in front of the house for over a week. I approached him and kindly asked him if he could park at the end of the road where there are no houses. He yelled and me and told me that I was lucky he didn't drive the giant van into my house. Not exactly what I was expecting from a service company that you'd let in your house.
My 86 year old Mother had to park all the way down the street and walk to Thanksgiving.
Not happy with this company at all. A Manager texted me and then never responded back to my complaint. IF this is how they treat me, I would wonder how they will treat you...
