I recently used Executive Exteriors for the replacement of my roof and they did an amazing job. Not only was the qualify of the work excellent, but their level of support was what was exceptional. Our rep Jared Galligan was the best part of working with Executive Exterior. To give me detail we had a cement tile roof and not many roofer understand and can work with that material. Most roofers are storm chasers looking for that fast shingle replacement. Well Jared know exactly want I was needing and provide the best solution. He also went above and beyond when the insurance company denied our roof claim to continue to support our case. With his help we were able to get the roof fully covered (minus the deductible). You know when a company is a true partner when they stick by your side when things get difficult. They were able to work with me on budget and timing ending with a perfect roof that we love. I highly recommend them if you are looking for high quality roof work and a true partner that will work with you needed.

Choosing Executive Exteriors as my roofing company was a great experience. My damaged roof was Inspire Composition Class 4 shingle. Inspire was no longer in business and this shingle was not available any longer. The Insurance Inspector evaluated damage to some shingles and the metal valleys, authorizing payment for these areas only.

Executive Exteriors Project Manager, JT López, argued with the insurance company that the entire roof needed replacing rather than piece the roof with a different shingle. After 18 months of three different inspections, arguing with the insurance company and finally arbitration, my insurance was obligated to replace the roof.

JT López worked tirelessly and patiently during this entire process keeping me updated on its progress. We replaced with DaVinci Class 4 Composition and could not be happier. JT and his crew were timely, professional, courteous and respectful of our property. They listened to our questions and made sure we were satisfied throughout the entire project.

After almost two years of arguing with the insurance company and bringing this project to fruition, not only did we find a fantastic roofing company; we also found a friend in JT López.

Worked with JT Lopez on my home in Highland Park. I was concerned about what Roofer to pick due to the complexity of the roof and all the custom finishings. Update: Took them 8 months to reply, why would I need them now?
I have been calling and emailing this company for over a month and haven't heard back. Try calling the office, it will just go to voicemail no matter which option you choose. Honestly I don't know how they stay in business.
