I had been doing my research and shopping around for a solar installer for sometime. Interacted with many who were just not honest and were looking for a quick sale.

A colleague shared Good Faith Energy's (GFE) contact and from the start Mo and Sammy were prompt, extremely easy to work with, transparent, and the best part, zero pressure.

GFE really went out of their way to research and explain the benefits of comparable Tesla systems, however, the PointGuard system was something we were adamant about pursuing.

Within a few days Mo and his team had gotten back to us and provided an estimate. They answered all of our questions and made it simple and easy to sign.

Even with just a few months from year end, the Good Faith team ensured our system was installed within the schedule and timeline they had committed to. Most critically playing the role of a partner that ensured inspections were completed successfully.

This made everything simple and extremely easy to follow, they had subject matter experts working closely with our HOA and utility providers, scheduling inspections on our behalf.

It truly felt like a white glove service.

I don’t write reviews very often, but I feel compelled to share our experience, 6 months post install.

Good Faith Energy was amazing!
From start to finish, they were professional, transparent, and knowledgeable about solar and the specific project I had in mind. They took the time to explain our options clearly, answered all of our questions, and never pressured us into a decision.

The installation process was smooth, and they kept us updated at every step. We had a small mishap with the concrete sub-contractor, however everything was completed on time, and the crew left the site clean.

After install we were introduced to Frans, who helped us better understand the functionality and performance of the system. He even helped guide us through the electric company options and what would best suits our needs.

We feel confident in our investment and highly recommend the folks at Good Faith Energy to anyone considering solar. I was very stressed out at the idea of dealing with yet another construction project, but their team really put me (and by default, my husband) at ease.

I’ve had a super smooth experience with GFE for the entire buying process. They kept me updated every step. We’ve been looking at installing solar panels for several years, from 2017 Tesla solar roof till every couple of years revisiting and getting bids from various companies. Finally found Good Faith Energy who is a local installer and have very good reputation both installation and repair services if needed. So we visited their warehouse, talked about the plan and the installation process, timeframe and expectations, every question is addressed in a timely manner. During the whole process constantly trying to keep us in the loop. The installation crew are polite and on time, the post installation visit addresses any issues may arise. During installation there’s small incident of broken attic ceilings, they inform you of the problems without your noticing or prompting, and automatically schedule repairman without a fuss, and finish the repair with our approval. Post installation configuration has some hiccups, also resolved without any problems, thanks to Frans’s help. Everything is above board, straight forward. Solar installation is such a big project, but they make it sooo easy. Want to especially thanks the electrician Ryan, knowing our electric wires and panels are old and messy, spent so much time try to sort them all out, really appreciate it. If anyone thinking about solar system installation, Good Faith Energy really is the way to go!

I recently had a rooftop and battery system installed by Good Faith Energy (GFE), and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Our solar consultant, Lindsey Fuentes, was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process. We were also fortunate to meet the owner, Mohammed Abdalla, during our visit to their office. His personal involvement demonstrated GFE's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Samantha, our project manager, listened to our concerns and handled everything in a timely manner. GFE even took care of all the permits, making the installation a breeze.

Even in the scorching heat, the installation crews worked tirelessly to complete the project in just four days. The electricians, Noe and Martin, were particularly impressive with their professionalism and dedication. They went above and beyond to ensure a high-quality installation.

The post-installation meeting with Frans, the field engineer, was also very helpful in understanding net metering and different energy plans in detail.

I would highly recommend GFE to anyone considering a similar installation. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and quality workmanship is evident in every aspect of their service.

I had a fantastic experience with Good Faith Energy for my solar panel installation. From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional. Meghan from the sales team provided a detailed explanation of the system, including a thorough estimation of both production and consumption. Their scheduling was punctual, and Amanda from the project management team was great and assisted with obtaining all necessary city permits and HOA approvals seamlessly. Additionally, post installation Frans offered valuable insights into different electricity providers and plans, making the whole process much easier. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Contracted and installed in 30 days. Very organized and efficient. Shout out to Omar, Amanda, Damien, Martin and the roofing crew. You can tell that ownership cares about the customer and their experience. 48 panels, 2 Tesla batteries and completed in 1 and 1/2 days. Don’t waste your time and look elsewhere. You won’t be disappointed.

This company provides excellent service long after the sale. They installed solar panels several years ago. When I lost power in my power walls, Alisha walked me through the process to restoring it step by step. She told me what settings to use in preparation for a major storm coming to our area. You can feel comfort knowing that they stand by their installations and care about quality. Their customer service knows no equal

Good Faith Energy helped me design the Solar generation/storage system that I asked for. They did it right the first time and took care of all the red tape from HOA approvals through city permitting to follow-up tech support!
They accommodated last minute hardware changes and communicated any necessities or logistical challenges upfront. They finished project ahead of estimated completion date. I would recommend Good Faith Energy to Family and friends!

Franz was exceptional. First, he was very prompt and on time as well as giving me a reminder the day before, which I needed. He explained everything thoroughly and was very patient with me , since I did not know very much about the solar panels. He was able to answer all questions thoroughly as well as going beyond what he needed to do. I needed to get access to an app which I could not get, and it sounded like it was a big deal to get with the office since it was sent to my husband Franz simply shared the app with me and I was able to retrieve my own after he helped with that situation. Professional sales with Sam, efficient engineering plan with Austin, and informative post-installation walk thru with Frans. Panels got installed within a reasonable time and overall it was a good experience. The only improvement would be for more streamlined project management and communication as we navigated the many steps seeking regulatory approval. I recently had solar panels installed by Good Faith Energy, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The sales team was awesome—they didn't push me to buy anything. Instead, they took the time to understand what my home needed for complete coverage and spent a good amount of time with me to ensure everything was clear.

The installation process was also very smooth. The team was professional, created no mess, and ensured a clean install. Even when some circuits were tripping after the installation, they quickly came back and replaced them without any hassle.

After the installation, the representative from Good Faith Energy was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all our questions. They explained how the app works, how the off-grid system functions, and even helped us identify which solar buyback program would work best for us with our Solar and Powerwall combination.

Updated 12/8: Upgrading my review after speaking directly with the Mo, CEO of Good Faith Energy. We talked through the billing situation and came to a good understanding, and I appreciate the effort he made to address it personally.

GFE installed 43 panels and Tesla inverters at my home and helped me hit an end-of-year tax credit deadline. Installation quality was excellent.

My only challenge was billing. The system cost was just under $50K, and since I paid cash (their financing quote was around 6.99%), I needed to move funds in stages. I paid in multiple transfers mix between ACH and CC after install. After discussing this with the CEO, I’m confident they’re improving that part of the process, and I appreciate the responsiveness. Overall, the product and install were great, and the situation was resolved constructively.

I was experiencing an issue with my Tesla Powerwall.The company who installed my system was no longer in business. I was referred to Good Faith by Tesla and I am so grateful for that referral. DFW was iced in and shut down but the folks at Good Faith answered the phone. And they hung in there with me until my issues were resolved. No high pressure sales, they took the time to go over everything and answer all my questions. Good Faith did the installation of my solar power system and did an excellent job. They communicated well at all phases of the installation. They helped me get the best rebates and discounts even when it effected their installation efficiency. The electricians who installed the core of the system were absolutely stellar and stunningly fast. I also really believe that you learn the most when something goes wrong instead of right and when a bump occurred in the installation they swarmed and handled it the same day without me even really knowing it was a bump. I could tell the team took success personally and I definitely recommend them. The pricing was all negotiated and understood up front. The deal was not the absolute cheapest but it was very reasonable and still one of the better deals I found for the scale of system with DFW local crews and real people behind the scenes.

After a hailstorm last year, I decided to go with a Tesla Solar Roof because I wanted a really nice look (curb appeal), and the concept of clean energy and energy that pays for itself over time.
We looked at several installers, but after meeting with Mo (the owner) and visiting the company in Addison, TX, where I met Michael (the co-owner), I knew the best installer would be Good Faith Energy.
I was not disappointed. The entire team from Lindsey & Amanda in Project Mgt. to Joe S. in Engineering, to lead installers Anthony & Francisco (electrical) was amazing. Their dedication to customer service was apparent every day, and they were all truly professionals. I was surprised that most of the installer crew were previous installers and employees at Tesla with many years of experience. We were the first Solar Roof V3R install, and Tesla even had an onsite trainer and supervisor.
We have been operating for 5 months and have had no issues whatsoever. The SPAN app & Tesla app are both easy to use and understand & provide tons of information. All in all, I would recommend Mo & his team to anyone interested in solar.
