Encountered this company on the road while near the Chapel Hill neighborhood. Their driving was incredibly inconsiderate and hazardous. It was a horrible reflection on their business, and I can't imagine how their customer service would be.

STALLONS AC did an amazing job replacing my old broken down air conditioner with a beautiful brand new one. They even replaced the platform the AC sits on!! I was so impressed with not only the awesome job they did but also with the way the cleaned up after themselves. You wouldn’t even know that anyone had been there. I have been using STALLONS AC for years and have always been so pleased with their work and their work ethic. I would highly recommend STALLONS AC and Heating without a doubt!!

My AC unit was stopping and starting late last night. It was getting very hot in our house. My 50th wedding anniversay is next week and I really needed the AC working with family coming in from out of state.
I used Angie's List for the first time and wrote on the website the problem I was having. I got a call from Russell Plumbing the next morning. The tech arrived early for their appointment and listened as I explained the issue and what I had done to trouble shoot the issue. The tech knew exactly what the problem was and demonstrated to me what was happening. It was a simple problem of a bad switch. He put in a new switch and showed me how to resolve the issue if it were to happen again! I was so impressed with their friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism. If I have an AC or plumbing issue in the future I'll make sure to call Russell Plumbing.

Had basic annual AC maintenance done. Both Russell and Carlos were kind and professional and knowledgeable. They took their time and were thorough in getting proper readings to make sure my AC was running properly and changed out my AC air filter and cleaned the coils. Suggest others support this local Fort Worth business.

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.
