Reviews of local pros in Aledo, Texas

Friendly service. Explained findings and even gave me option of getting additional estimates. Fair price and he put up with my pups! Will definitely use them again!

The folks at Russel Plumbing installed all new kitchen appliances for me. The installer was professional, courteous, & dependable. Highly recommend

They did a great job in replacing my old broken sewer pipes last Spring. There was a bit of delay because of the rainy weather and permit requirement , but everything went well. Thank you.

I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an "old time", "small town" experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, "wholesome", "warm", and "trustworthy" come to mind.

I have used Russell Plumbing and AC a couple of times, and have been very pleased with their services. Highly recommend.

Josh was absolutely amazing! We contacted Russell Plumbing after another company tried to hijack and overcharge us. Less than an hour after calling Russell, Josh came over immediately and thoroughly checked and repaired our unit. He explained everything to us in detail and was so down to earth. I would and WILL recommend this company to everyone. We’ll definitely use their services again!

Russell did an outstanding job identifying issues missed by a home inspector. He gave us a fair on work to be completed and his professionalism was appreciated.

Russel Plumbing had a great response time and fixed our issue with ease. The office was easy to work with and knowlegable about what work was needed. Technician was also knowledgeable and worked efficiently. Will used them again!!

I had a waterheater replaced some months ago and I used Russell Plumbing & A/C. Eddie was very professional and had the job in minimal time. Russell's price was considerably less than all of the other estimates and I got a full sized water heater when the others offered a smaller ones. I will be using them from now on with all of my plumbing needs. Great people, great service.

The team at Russell Plumbing did an outstanding job for us. Very impressed with how quickly they responded to our request for service. Our interactions with the technician were met with professionalism and very upfront no hidden cost estimates. They have definitely earned a customer for life. Highly recommend you seeking them for your next job.

Russell did a fantastic job for us. He fixed our kitchen faucet with skill and ingenuity. He took measurements so that he can send me an estimate to install a new water faucet (hose bib) in our back yard.

Russell's Plumbing did an excellent job at our home. They were caring and very professional. We would definitely call them again.

Russell and his crew came to my home to fix a plumbing issue. It was a minor issue compared to most I'm sure, sewage was backing up into our bathtub. They were very polite and professional and got the job done efficiently. They showed up when they said they would and kept in contact before the appointment. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or AC service in the Ft. Worth area.

Russell did such a great job, he was fast and professional and got my AC fixed right away. I definitely recommend him.

Russell Plumbing Air conditioning was recommended on the next door post that was compelling so I gave him a try. Did not disappoint. They were able to make my A/C repairs on a sweltering day the next morning after I called them. Able to fix the problem quickly without trying to upsell Just what we needed. Is indeed the best plumbing service fort worth tx!

Russell completed a quote/estimate for my condo before I moved in. He was prompt, communicative, and very detailed on the work that needed to be completed. I would definitely recommend!

Russell Plumbing & Air Conditioning Services is amazing, entirely deserving of a 5-star review! I found water leaking under my kitchen sink, and even after shutting off the main water supply to my home, the leak persisted. I found this company, one of many, through a Google search and I'm so glad I did. They answered my call on the first attempt. The lady who answered (I regret not remembering her name) and spoke with me was very professional and friendly. I asked if there was a service fee, she said no and explained their technician would present a quote and I could choose to accept service or not - you only pay for what you agree to and nothing more. She took my information quickly and told me I could expect Eddie to arrive at my home within half an hour - he did. Not only was he professional and friendly, he was also competent and knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem accurately. After inspecting everything and explaining the steps and supplies he would need to fix it, he gave me a very reasonable quote and I accepted. What I loved most about this experience, besides everything I've already written, is that while Eddie worked, he was perfectly comfortable with me observing his work and answering my barrage of questions about what he was doing and why he was doing it. He even taught me about how to address other potential plumbing issues I could run into! I felt very empowered to handle future problems on my own, but also at peace knowing I could put my trust in this company should the problem be too much. If I haven't made it obvious by now, I highly recommend Russell Plumbing & Air Conditioning Services!

Excellent to work with. Helped with a problem with our tankless hot water heater. Definitely will use again.

Very satisfied with the service to replace our water heater. A previous bid tried to upsell the service and be disingenuous with us about code requirements that inflated the price exponentially. Once I contacted Russell Plumming I scheduled the appointment and met with our repairman. He was very informative and seasoned. We simply needed just the water heater and new lines and were in code compliance. I completely trust them and you should too.

Russell Plumbing was fantastic. He was very prompt , Worked quickly to fix my leak and their price was more than fair. I highly recommend Russell Plumbing to anyone.

Plumbers arrived on time and conducted themselves in a professional courteous manner. I will be using Russels for all my ac/plumming projects in the future.
