Five stars for Russell air-conditioning. Our AC went out during the hottest week of the summer, and they were at our house within hours of us calling. The technician, Russell was incredibly professional and had the problem fixed quickly and efficiently. The price was fair, and we were so grateful for their prompt service. Highly recommend!

Russell Plumbing has worked on my home numerous times and I’ve always been pleased with the work. Eddie is an experienced plumber who knows what he’s doing and does a great job! Carrington is kind and accommodating when scheduling your appointment. The communication and quality of work are the reason I have continued to use them on multiple occasions. Russell Plumbing is my go-to plumber when I need work done well and in a timely manner. He’s always been able to accommodate my jobs in no more than 48 hours from calling (often same- or next-day), and he and his crews are knowledgeable, personable, honest, and don’t leave a mess. He’s also never charged me extra for same-day or emergency work. Their rates are very reasonable in my opinion and experience.

These guys were fabulous 🤩 Not only did they fix our problem, they went above and beyond all my expectations. They showed me everything and walked me through what needed to be done, gave me some free advice, didn't charge for a small repair related to our initial problem, and even looked at another problem we had for no charge. We'll be calling them for any future needs! 10/10 recommend!

I love the customer service provided. I appreciate the yearly membership with 2 a/c services a year with discounted prices. It is helpful for my rental to continue to get serviced when I live out of state.

I appreciate the staff looking for a specific type of toilet with an overflow so that even with a clog we have no water problems. They worked hard and my home warranty was being a pain and they got it done!

Russell Plumbing and Air Conditioning Services came out within the hour on a Sunday evening. They were very professional and got the problem fixed in a very timely manner for a fair price. We will be using them for all our future needs.

Chargeed almost $500 to replace an outside hose bib. lol
Although other work was to be performed, they were unable to do so at the time because they didn't have the proper tools (despite the fact that they had stopped by to do an estimate). This caused me to miss one half day of work. Subsequently, I did not receive communication on an invoice until Kerrington, in the main office, begain threatening me. I had been sent an incorrect invoice. Furthermore, when they left my home, they had the water to two sinks turned off. A friend came by to finish one of the jobs they started and get my water back on. Do better.
They called a total of three times. It was not until the last time that they mentioned not having received payment and were threatening me. Again, I received ONE incorrect bill. I received TWO phone messages about rescheduling work with NO comment about an unpaid bill. I then received a phone call and email with threats. HAD THEY SENT A PROPER BILL WITHOUT ERRONEOUS CHARGES, THEY WOULD HAVE RECEIVED IMMEDIATE PAYMENT, JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER COMPANY I HAVE EVER HIRED. YOU CANNOT PAY THEM EXCEPT THROUGH THE LINK THEY SEND, WHICH HAS THE AMOUNT ENTERED. You cannot change this amount. HOW COULD I PAY THE BILL?!?! Once they FINALLY sent an invoice and link for the proper amount, it was paid immediately. I requested the link to pay around 2:40 p.m. and did not receive it until the next day. I actually followed up about it in the morning. In regards to the work that was not completed, while the shower head was not the right one (which I had to purchase), THEY did not have the proper equipment to repair the faucets, which were on the ORIGINAL estimate. Again, this just points to poor communication on their part. I did not deserve or appreciate the treatment from this company. Happily sharing with anyone who asks. Look. If they can't even admit to making communication mistakes, how can you trust them with your plumbing needs?
(Side note - it is inaccurate to write that I attempted to repair the hose bib myself. It was leaking because another contractor I had hired used it, and I was attempting to turn it off when it broke).

Best service and quick response. I had a pipe leak located by water meter. I called Russell plumbing. Fast arrangements same day. Russell came by while I was at work and fixed within 30 min. Best service ever. When I called I got a very friendly response by Receptionist so helpful and kind. I will continue to use Russell's plumbing .

I was told by the city that I had a gas leak and they shut my gas off. Russell Plumbing came out the very next day, quickly found and fixed the issue, and got everything taken care of without any hassle. They were professional, efficient, and the final cost was actually less than what they originally quoted. Great experience from start to finish — I would absolutely recommend Russell Plumbing to anyone I know.

BECO is great. Our house has a 500 sq ft wine room with a specialty cooling/humidifier unit. In 3 years I had to replace 3 different evaporators and while the equipment was under warranty the labor to swap out the units was exorbitant. When this happened the last time I started looking for a new company and found Mark with BECO. He laid out a plan and installed a new American made, industrial quality evaporator which is functioning better than the original Chinese made equipment. I was so pleased BECO is now taking care of our whole house under a comprehensive service contract.
I’m very happy to recommend BECO for both routine heating and air conditioning jobs as well as specialty work like a wine room.

We had water leaking out of a pipe on our back patio for two seasons. Mark came a diagnosed a clogged pipe plus explained that although no wrong, the builder had not set the drain pipes the best. He came out and cleared the clogged, flushed the system as well as installed two safety float systems. Both the office and the technician were very friendly and helpful. GREAT COMPANY!!!

Educated the client well. Installed system quickly and in very poor environmental conditions. Had to make changes to duct system under the house, change and manufacture new sheet metal guards, and dig foundation for new pad. System working like a charm and price was surprisingly reasonable. Old BECO owners would be proud and I certainly was/am. They also took care of my next door neighbor who had extensive work required, in and out of home, and again in bad environmental conditions. She was smiling afterwards. Their reputation is clearly an important priority for their business.

Garrett did the annual check on my A/C and did a great job. He was very professional and explained any questions I had and did a great job.

The technician arrived on time, was cordial and friendly, seemed efficient, did a good job so far as I can tell, answered all my questions, and provided reasonable recommendations.
