I contacted C.A.W to schedule my first appointment and was able to get in the same day. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Purchased a Rheem A/C unit in February 2025 and the compressor failed in July. CAW came out and replaced it as soon as possible. So far it is working properly.

Service was fast and friendly, but they do not know how to troubleshoot a residential mini split, tech charged me $250 for his time, I called the office to complain, they said another tech would call, but 3 days later still waiting. If you are having trouble with your mini split keep looking. A company is only as good as their worst employee

CAW worked on our deer cooler today at our ranch. Even though our compressor is shot, they will do whatever they can to find us the best price on the top unit we will need for our cooler. They replaced my primary AC unit at the ranch last year and did a good job. Ray is very knowledgeable. They have a good team.

Finally techs that know what they are doing. They were very knowledgeable. Listened to my concerns. Didn't think I was just a woman complaining. They found the problems. And there were a few! Maybe the fifth time out will fix all the errors on the install.

Upon arrival the tech identified himself before entering the home, the unit is located in the attic so he had to enter the home.
The tech was professional, knowledgeable, polite and approachable. After job was completed he explained thoroughly what was done before asking for a signature needed for invoice. Highly recommend this company for HVAC services. Office staff just plain one Awesome. Thank you!!!

Had an AC pipe disconnect and was leaking. Tech repaired it, checked for water damage, and serviced our AC system. Our AC was fixed within hours of my call to the company. Our AC tech was very friendly, identified himself, asked if he could enter our home.

Sebastian made the repair we needed quickly and courteously. He called when he completed the job to report that a customer reported a problem with a washer. That wasn't his job, but he listened and passed that information on to us so we could address it. Excellent service.
