We have a brand new unit that was put in by CAW 6 months ago, no issues until yesterday, but only a clogged drain, tech explained issues, gave us some additional information on how to maintain our new unit. All the techs we have had in our home are respectful and professional, really appreciate their good customer service.

Great professional AC heating service. No gimmicks, up front with findings on bi-annual review. Came to do Winter check, fired up heating unit and found it to be working without issue. Highly recommend this team.
Edited 11/12 - no major issue except breaker switch left off so required a revisit. All good, Charlie came out and corrected. Still a 5 star 🌟 review.

The staff of CAW has always been great to work with. Patrick our technician is great. Super knowledgeable and polite. Only complaint this time is our AC went out on a Sunday and called their emergency number and no response so called them on a Monday and they were able to make the call and fix the problem. Still happy with service.

The tech was friendly courteous and knowledgeable. He took pictures of the system and explained everything to me. I'm very pleased with the service, and if I ever need service on my unit I will definitely call CAW. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
