AMD and Mike recently completed some exterior repairs to my brick mortar. While there were a few bumps along the road, Mike was very professional and persistent in making sure all issues were resolved to our satisfaction. In my experience no project is ever 100% perfect, especially given how particular I am about my expectations for the quality of the results, but I found that Mike was equally demanding about the final results. It is easy to get a great review when everything goes perfectly according to plan, but it is when you encounter obstacles to be overcome that a contractor can really shine, at least in my book. Thank you to Mike and AMD for sticking with this, I will certainly consider them for a future remodeling project.

Remodeling to the tea. Attention to detail. The owner works with you in every possible way. I gave him a plan and he executed it exactly the way I wanted. The job took about 1 week with this company and 3 weeks with other companies. Highly recommend

The people are very friendly but the work was not quality. Had to have cabinet replacement and flooring because of a leak.
Replacement cabinets were cheapest from Home Depot and didn’t match front of those that were to be replaced and I was told they couldn’t use old front cabinet doors I had that matched my other cabinets. It took three times because of bad staining and inferior workmanship. They dropped my countertop (which I wasn’t replacing due to costs of replacing all if done) and broke it. That took two times to get another countertop done properly but color was a good match. Because cabinets were not level, when I had my dishwasher installed by another company, I was told the countertop was not level. I was supposed to have ALL plumbing under sink replaced which it wasn’t. There was a leak and took them multiple times to fix it! The first time they installed my new dishwasher, it wouldn’t work properly because they didn’t remove the plug in the garbage disposal so it wouldn’t drain and I thought it was broken…so weeks later I bought another one!!!
The flooring was ok but in one room they used the old underlayment rather than replacing it with new. Multiple areas creek when you walk on them!!!!!
More issues but I was so irritated I just wanted them gone.
Price was a lot (to me)but I wanted it done right…Never again…but during all this all the guys were very friendly and quick to return texts. I think I’m being nice giving 2 stars but the painting of baseboards were done well. Painting of front door was ok except for paint on door hardware and the fact I had asked to have trim painted white but was painted door color. Like I said..by then I just wanted them GONE!!!!

I recently had AMD do my restaurant’s floor and they’ve done an amazing job as shown in the pictures! Amer’s expertise played a major role in turning the restaurant into a beautiful place, I was indecisive in what color floor to choose but he suggested replacing it with light grey and the outcome was fabulous. Great employees trying to get things right. I had a leak and needed cabinets and flooring replaced. Everyone was always friendly and Mike always answered every text promptly. It was pricey, but I thought I’d get what I paid for. I did have issues tho…3 times fixing a plumbing issue and I still had a problem. Trash removal not done in a timely manner. Quality of cabinets poor and I had to have them redone several times. Just glad it’s done…but…friendly people willing to correct any mistakes.
