I recently had the pleasure of working with Amgad, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the beginning, he was very professional and polite, taking the time to understand my needs and offering thoughtful suggestions for my pergola project. Amgad completed the job on time and with great attention to detail, expertly fixing my pergola and installing polycarbonate sheets. His work exceeded my expectations, and his dedication to quality craftsmanship was evident throughout the project. If you need any outdoor renovations or repairs, Amgad is definitely the person to call!

Andy did an awesome job on my backyard fence! He kept in communication with me from the very beginning. He did an excellent job and quoted me an appropriate price. He completed the job in a timely manner. He was respectful and very kind. I will recommend him to everyone!!!

They did us a beautiful attached pergola!
We passed the initial and final inspection right away with no issues and inspector even said that the pergola is excellent.

We hired Andy at AY Construction and Remodeling to repair our old broken up driveway. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to recommend the best options for repair within our budget. His communication was outstanding! When the weather turned cold and rainy, he messaged not only to let us know why he was unable to start the work on driveway but also to give us an estimate of when he would be able to start work. He and his team were always polite and professional and he patiently answered all of our questions. Our driveway looks great again and I will not hesitate to hire Andy for future home remodeling and repair projects.

We had Andy and team extend concrete on our patio and add do concrete stamping with Flagstone prints. Andy did meticulous planning and completed work. We had extreme hot weather days and his crew suffering sunstrokes which caused a few days of slowness. However, the work was complete and to our satisfaction.

Andy was excellent at his workmanship He listened patiently to our needs and Provided best solution. He provided BEST warranty and was promptly available to help as needed. I am very comfortable to go to him for any home related repairs and installations. He came back to fix an issue two years after the installation even though it was not related to his installation

Does a great job on repairs. He is very reliable and brings a crew with him and watches every detail continually. My house was repainted on the inside and they fixed a large gap between my house and patio
I have never had a contractor that is this great. His prices are reasonable and he takes his work very seriously. I would guarantee that you are very pleased with Andy.

AY Remodeling has clear vision from the beginning to end. He converted my formal dining into an extra room with French glass doors. My neighbors were surprised and praised the skill of the workmanship.

AY constructions did a great job putting tiles in my patio. The attention to detail and the perfection with which they finished the job is truly deserving recognition. We used Andy (AY Construction) for a fairly large project on our home. It included painting the inside and outside of our home, staining our fence, repairing our stonework, cutting exposed tree roots and some additional items. All projects were done professionally and exceeded our expectations. Andy showed up every day on time along with his crew. He supervised all work and ensured we were happy with the work every step of the way. His prices were good and we do highly recommend him and will use him again.

I don't usually take the time to write recommendations, but wanted to write one for AY Construction and Remodeling. From start to end we greatly appreciate the quality work completed. It start with Andy providing a detailed, written quote. It seems like other contractors just verbally provide a total amount and hopefully everyone agrees what was included. Once we agreed on which dates the work would be done, he and his crew showed up on time and ready to get the job done. The work completed included taking off wall paper and then texturing and painting both my dining room and kitchen. They completely sectioned off the rooms with plastic to prevent any over-spray and then cleaned up afterwards. I then requested some additional dry wall patch work and nail-hole pop fixes in my game room which Andy and crew completed still within the agreed amount of time. Thanks again Andy for getting the agreed work completed promptly and at a fair price!

I recently hired Andy and his team for an interior paint job, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. Their attention to detail is exceptional—the finish on the walls is flawless, smooth, and looks completely brand new. You would never guess this was a repainted house; there are no visible patches, uneven tones, or brush marks anywhere.

Andy was professional, punctual, and truly dedicated to delivering high-quality work. His team was respectful, clean, and worked efficiently without cutting any corners. The end result exceeded my expectations.

I recently had my attic converted into a new living space, and overall, I’m pleased with the results. The team did a solid job and took care to cover all the walkways to the work area, which kept my existing flooring safe from damage during the project. They stayed on schedule, completing the work in a timely manner without any major delays.
They reinforced the floor joists to ensure the space was structurally sound, ran power for electrical needs, and installed air conditioning to make the room comfortable. The work was done well, and the new space is functional and useful. The crew cleaned up after themselves when the job was finished, leaving the area tidy. I’d recommend this team for an attic conversion, as they delivered a good outcome with professionalism and care.

AY Contractor added a partition with French door to our conversion room. The professional work took just one day. Our home was covered with plastic for dust protection. We are very happy with the result and would recommend AY to do similar work for anyone.

Andy did a great rescue from the drywall mess of the previous contractor. Top shelf redo and refinish of my garage. Excellent drywall work with also adressing the broken attic door and trim work needed. A true professional that's very detailed oriented. Highly recommend his company if your a landlord in need of a good make ready contractor.

Built an awesome sound proof studio room in second floor for me. Andy is highly professional, completed on time, used high quality material, paid attention to each and every detail and complex requirements I gave with an every green smile on his face. Used plastic sheet cover on the carpet, and our carpet and floor is same as before without any dust and no sign of any work/construction is done, appreciate his planning and thought process. The finish is great and we are very happy with his work. I do highly recommend him, you will not go wrong on hiring him. The Best person to work with.

Great job with new patio! We had an old patio where part of it wasn’t done properly and AY Construction was able to remove that part of the old patio and install a new concrete patio quickly and efficiently. I cannot wait to decorate and add my finishing touches! Thank you for a job well done!

Andy did an exceptional job building3 ADA ramps for my handicapped husband. He also built a customized grab bar in the garage to aid with climbing the ramp safely and easily.
Am also pleased with his courteous and helpful nature. Highly recommend him.

Andy and his crew did an excellent job on our driveway and storage shed base. The concrete work looks professional, and dealing with Andy was easy and pleasant. He is a professional with a good sense of the work and what needs to be done at reasonable price. Highly recommend him! Will definitely be using Andy’s services in the future.

Probably the best experience dealing with any worker that I have had a long time. These days most contractors are difficult to get a hold of and overpriced due to high demand. Now imagine you come across someone who gives a reasonable price ( not cheap but not overpriced ....but then again you don't want cheap because you'll have to pay later to fix the cheap work), and then he does the work with the dedication and professionalism as if it was his own home. That in a sense summarizes Andy, a consumate perfectionist who will not stop until both he and you are truly satisfied! And I mean that literally. I pointed out something that needed correction around 9pm, both him and his painter stayed till 1am to make sure it was fixed to my liking and never complained once!!! You can't buy that type of dedication.

I am adding before and after pics. The walls had to be brought in , door to be installed and painted and new walls needed to be texturized and painted. All done with superb quality !

We had a project of converting attic into guest room and the end product was really amazing. The crew was exceptionally good at their work and precise. Andy was very reasonable with his quote compared to other quotes we received and really knew his work which prompted us to go with him. The whole week process during construction seemed seamless. I highly recommend anyone who wants to get quality work.
