He was timely as promised.
Very courteous and kind like a family member.
He finished building the cedar greenhouse perfectly.
It was rather tedious to assemble.
The weather wasn’t very cooperative either.
I will hire him for any project in future.

Andy and his crew did a very good job of installing the stones around the front of the house and the tree.

Andy and his entire crew did a superb job with my home remodeling project. New flooring, top notch paint job throughout the entire home with attention to literally every detail. Even going above and beyond to ensure transition pieces were all complete and the toilet with a brand-new piece and clear silicone finish! Couldn't have asked for a better job. Thanks again!

Andy did an amazing job on my deck! His quote was less than others and his team was professional and did a great job! He went above and beyond and included items not originally in the quote to make sure it looked great. He was honest about what work needed to be done or not and has a civil engineering background so definitely knows what he is talking about! I would absolutely hire Andy and team again for all your house needs! Very pleased and excited that now I have a great deck that now adds value to the house instead of being a hazard. Andy and his team did an excellent job! They Sheetrock a wall and installed a double door that included a flush bolt on the top corner to lock one side of the door, a locking handle and a dummy handle to transform a game room to a bedroom. They matched the existing texture and painted both side of the wall and door. My son love it! Andy and his team completed the job in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. Andy was a pleasure to do business with an affordable price.

I have used AY Construction & Remodeling twice this year; both times withe complete satisfaction with the work done.

Early this spring AY was the low bidder on installing some railings for my front walk. Not only was the bid the lowest of five, but the work was done done on time and exceeded our expectations.

Because of this, this fall I contacted AY to bid on re-topping our deck in our back yard. Again, the price quoted was well below that of any other bidder and the work was done on time and on-budget. The quality of the work was equal to or better than similar work done by other companies over the last twenty-five years living in our current home.

I will gladly recommend Ay Construction & Remodeling to anyone looking for quality work, competitive pricing and attention to detail. The quality of work is equal or better than others we have used and they have consistently provided the service on-time and in budget.

Andy was very responsive in providing handyman services to a “senior” couple. My husband has mobility issues and I am not able to climb a ladder to clean ceiling fans, vents, replace bulbs, fire alarms batteries, and other items and or projects that would require his expertise. Most importantly his commitment to service us immediately (ASAP) if we have an emergency was paramount to us. He completed our first "honey do" list yesterday and he was professional, punctual and his quality of work was impressive. We look forward to engaging him quarterly for our handyman needs.

Andy/amjad did an absolute terrible job on a patio extension and siding repair resulting in major damages. There were multiple delays during the construction project in addition to the fact that he obtained the wrong color scheme and tried to convince me to accept it! For the patio he neglected to cap the sprinkler line underneath which caused water to leak inside and to damage our floors. The patio had to be redone completely, and during the demolition, the project manager highlighted additinal construction defects. The siding work his team completed was beyond unsightly and was redone as well. I filed a claim with their insurance company which did not cover the entire cost of damages. Andy stated he would pay the difference and has completely ignored my messages. If you have had work done by AY construction I highly suggest you get another builder to review it.

Mr. Andy, your response only came after the situation was exposed, but I am glad you are now acknowledging the damages. However, your statement omits key facts. Your liability insurance did not cover the full cost of the damages, and you are aware of this. You confirmed via text message that you would pay the difference, but then ignored all subsequent attempts to contact you.

Furthermore, the details of your statement are incorrect. The HVAC system was unrelated to the repairs, and I did not "blackmail" you in my review. Your defense of this poor workmanship is very telling of the quality you stand behind.
