We could not be more thankful for CLR Construction. Our house flooded under our hardwood floors and destroyed them which caused other damage to the house. We hired a GC based on the recommendation of our restoration company and could not have been more disappointed in the communication, quality of work or ability to deliver. We had to part ways with them and in came CLR to save the day! Tim and Chris came to our house and we immediately felt that we were dealing with true professionals. The CLR Team redid the floors (they are beautiful), repainted almost every room, put in new doors, base boards and fixed some of the other damage the other GC and flood had done. Their teams were so knowledgeable and detailed. The quality and the detail of work was impeccable all the way. And the communication with Tim and Chris was so comforting during what had been a very stressful time. We knew exactly what steps were being taken, the schedule, what to expect, and helpful hints on color, design ideas as we had to replace what had been damaged. I HIGHLY recommend CLR Construction.

We had a great experience working with Tim Penny from CLR construction during our home remodel. They renovated our kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, patio, garage, porch, and installed new flooring throughout the house. The quality of materials and workmanship was excellent.

They provided regular updates, finished the project ahead of schedule, and collaborated closely with us on selecting quartz countertops, fixtures, flooring, carpets, and lighting. The entire process was smooth and professional.

CLR created an outdoor oasis for us that brought to life a Pinterest dream! They constructed a screened-in porch with a stone fireplace as well as an attached covered patio, a turfed dog area, and a putting green. They were by far the most detailed in their proposal when interviewing companies. Their prices are more than reasonable when you see the quality of their work, their professionalism, and their follow through on promises. Tim goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the plan, and adjusts to your priorities and budget without any issue. Chris is extremely experienced, knowledgeable and great at the details you don’t even know you need until he points it out. Cali as our PM was amazing—he does quality work and he expects quality work from all of his team. He is incredibly trustworthy and talented.
We actually ended up having a miscommunication, a couple of pivots, and a large change order (that was outside anyone’s control). Yet everything was handled with grace, communication and professionalism. In fact, if you don’t have any issues at all during a project—I’m not sure you can call it true construction — but I wouldn’t trust any other company to work through issues with at the level of integrity that CLR demonstrates. We won’t be using anyone else for future home remodels. And shoutout Bri who is the sweetest! Thank all of you for making our backyard a dream.
