This is the most amazing service I have ever had! So professional, so efficient and just an incredible experience! We are actually signing up to do a monthly clean on our new house because the service was over the top and better than expected! I will be posting this on my personal social media to spread to word.

SpiceMaidzCare is a great company providing excellent care for our mother. They are staffed with professionals who are very prompt, hard working and caring. They diligently perform the work they were hired to do, plus more. Rose in particular is very, very compassionate and has helped our mother recover quicker than normal after hospitalization. Rose makes sure she stimulates her mind, provides companionship, and ensures her daily personal needs are met. We had previously tried another agency. It was a horror story to say the least. We were thrilled to find a company with staff who actually care about their work ethic and their patients. Knowing that mom is being taken care of very well and in a RESPECTFUL MANNER is less stressful for the whole family! Thank you Rose and thank you SpiceMaidzCare!!

I would NOT at all recommend them. When I contacted them about a move out clean I explained I needed my garage cleaned. They said they’d do it and we agreed on a day for them to come clean. They cleaned my home and sent me pictures of the entire home as they finished (I am a landlord so I don’t live there). When I went to look at the cleaning job there were sooo many areas still dirty behind the doors, cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling, blinds and window sills were dirty, and my garage wasn’t cleaned like they said they would. My painters couldn’t even paint the baseboards because they were covered in dog hair and dirt.

When I took pictures and contacted Spice Maidz they said they would go back to my home and fix it. They went back but did absolutely nothing. They then said they didn’t clean my garage because I didn’t pay for that. 1) they told me they would do it 2) they sent me the invoice so why wouldn’t they add in that addition?! I ended up having to clean my house and fix the issues they did not resolve.

DO Not trust them! I seriously lost over $500 on a job that was done soooooooo bad.

I asked Rose to do a move in clean for me and after I showed her my house, I asked her how much she would charge. I accepted without any back and forth. I told her that my son had asthma problems and so, the dust removal had to be thorough.

There was dust everywhere in the house after she had cleaned it. She said it would take 4 hours and after 3, she was finished. The blinds were not properly cleaned and neither were the windowsills. The bathrooms were not properly cleaned either. This was for a deep, move in clean, so these services are expected and I confirmed with her days in advance that she would do said services. The fan was cleaned but all the dust that fell from it was not. Everything was done half-way and without much care and consideration.

This is not an attack on Rose but an evaluation of the way in which she conducts her cleaning business, which I don’t think she does well. I would not recommend her services unfortunately.

Rose was amazing. Great energy and pleasant to work with. Moved into a new place that hadn’t been cleaned and we called her up and she was able to come in and clean the whole place the next morning. Will absolutely be using her again and recommend anyone use her as well!

Rose is a superwoman! She responded to my call at 6 in the morning and got to site within the same day for cleaning. She not only did an amazing job on cleaning but also got me a carpet cleaning and exterior windows cleaning service. She took time to make sure I was satisfied with the job by video calling me throughout the cleaning because I am remote. I will use her everytime I need cleaning service again! Give her a call and let her do her magic! You won't look for another cleaning service!!

Spice maidz care cleaning company is the absolute best. It's simply amazing! The pricing was fair, and my house was sparkling clean. I have a 4-bedroom 2 bathroom home, and I must say every nook and cranny was spic- and -span. The lady who came to clean did a wonderful job and she was very professional. I have no complaints. I recommend 100%. Don't hesitate to use this company for your cleaning needs.

I came back to change my review after seeing how dirty my new apartment still is. I just needed to take a closer look. While she did clean the refrigerator, theres still dirt and grime EVERYWHERE. She was here for at least 5 hours and charged me extra money. Its barely a two bedroom apartment. I paid over 300 dollars and I still have to scrub on my hands and knees? Terrible maid service. Try someone else. Anyone else.
