I left a review yesterday about my terrible experience with the cleaning service. The owner responded saying they never had any business with me, so I am showing the proof of evidence that they did provide the service. And the experience I had is nothing but bad. Anyone with the tools could have done a better job. The pictures I attached are just a tip of so many other dirty places. And unfortunately, there was no way to fix the situation, as the new owner has already moved in.

Please do not pay until you verify their work and feel satisfied. No one’s money is falling just from the sky and pick up for free.

My experience with Rosemarie was extremely awesome. She pays attention to detail and I would highly recommend her.
I'm very finicky about my bathroom and upon completion, my bathroom was spotless, not to mention the rest of the house. My kitchen and the appliances looked like my first day entering my home. Everything appeared brand new. I was pleasantly surprised!! I'm definitely going to use SpiceMaidzCare again and again!!!

When I approached her through google search, I explained her that it’s a move out clean and asked her if she wants to take a look before she decides on changing. She said it’s the same with or without seeing how good/bad it was.
I left the door unlocked for her on the cleaning day and she called me to inform she’s gonna charge extra $20 because the kitchen is not clean! What what???? Should’ve I been cleaned the kitchen before she came!!!!????
Okay, then she’s done (which I don’t think) with the job and left. When I saw the work she’s done I really thought I’d do a far better job than she did. The reason I hired a professional cleaner was that I didn’t have enough time to do it myself. When I asked her about it on phone, she said THAT’s ALL SHE COULD DO!!!
All she was worried about was payment..payment…payment.
My landlord changed me for not cleaning up things , so I called the lady to ask for an explanation. Again she said that’s all she could do and hung up on me. I tried reaching her many times she answers my phone and leaves me on hold without even talking anymore. I’ve sent her the pictures that my landlord sent me, no response from here. When I told her that I’m going to file a complaint on her, she simply said “Go ahead”.
I’ve never seen anyone this rude and surviving in business!
