10 out of 10 Highly Recommend! Miss. Rose and her whole team were fantastic. We have a 20,000 Square foot Lighting showroom at the Market Center, and they all came in Sunday morning and worked until the whole job was done! I called them last minute on a Saturday evening in panic, and they were there in such short notice. They were all very respectful, as well as thorough and hard working. We will definitely be using them in the future for more jobs. Thank you Spicemaidz and the whole team for a job well done!

The worst experience I've ever had with a maid. She showed up 2 hours late and I was the first appointment. She dusted the ceiling fan and left dust all over our CLEAN sheets. 😤 My bathroom sink had smuck in it, the corners of the house still have dog hair, didn't empty the trash cans, didn't wipe off the kitchen table and the list goes on and on. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. Not happy with Rose. $250 dollars down the drain.

We have an amazing time with Spice Maidz Care , their services are great, We are so grateful for their team ,Rose is an amazing , amicable and punctual person, Our home and business places are always up kept by Spice Maiidz Care , We honestly recommend Spice Maidz Care to everyone who is look for a cleaning services.

Lady scheduled us for 1:00 pm then last minute changed us to 11:30 am putting us in a crunch. Then showed up 2 hours early and waited outside making us feel extremely uncomfortable. When finally she came in, she the said the cost would be an additional $250.00, proceeded to take pictures of our home, then popped off some snide remark as she stormed out of the house without so much as an apology. Bait and Switch. Unacceptable attitude. And now we’re rushing to find another cleaner so we can sell our house. Thank you for nothing. 1/10 (they did show up on time, technically). Do not recommend.

SpiceMaidzCare is a great company providing excellent care for our mother. They are staffed with professionals who are very prompt, hard working and caring. They diligently perform the work they were hired to do, plus more. Rose in particular is very, very compassionate and has helped our mother recover quicker than normal after hospitalization. Rose makes sure she stimulates her mind, provides companionship, and ensures her daily personal needs are met. We had previously tried another agency. It was a horror story to say the least. We were thrilled to find a company with staff who actually care about their work ethic and their patients. Knowing that mom is being taken care of very well and in a RESPECTFUL MANNER is less stressful for the whole family! Thank you Rose and thank you SpiceMaidzCare!!

I would NOT at all recommend them. When I contacted them about a move out clean I explained I needed my garage cleaned. They said they’d do it and we agreed on a day for them to come clean. They cleaned my home and sent me pictures of the entire home as they finished (I am a landlord so I don’t live there). When I went to look at the cleaning job there were sooo many areas still dirty behind the doors, cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling, blinds and window sills were dirty, and my garage wasn’t cleaned like they said they would. My painters couldn’t even paint the baseboards because they were covered in dog hair and dirt.

When I took pictures and contacted Spice Maidz they said they would go back to my home and fix it. They went back but did absolutely nothing. They then said they didn’t clean my garage because I didn’t pay for that. 1) they told me they would do it 2) they sent me the invoice so why wouldn’t they add in that addition?! I ended up having to clean my house and fix the issues they did not resolve.

DO Not trust them! I seriously lost over $500 on a job that was done soooooooo bad.

I asked Rose to do a move in clean for me and after I showed her my house, I asked her how much she would charge. I accepted without any back and forth. I told her that my son had asthma problems and so, the dust removal had to be thorough.

There was dust everywhere in the house after she had cleaned it. She said it would take 4 hours and after 3, she was finished. The blinds were not properly cleaned and neither were the windowsills. The bathrooms were not properly cleaned either. This was for a deep, move in clean, so these services are expected and I confirmed with her days in advance that she would do said services. The fan was cleaned but all the dust that fell from it was not. Everything was done half-way and without much care and consideration.

This is not an attack on Rose but an evaluation of the way in which she conducts her cleaning business, which I don’t think she does well. I would not recommend her services unfortunately.

Rose was amazing. Great energy and pleasant to work with. Moved into a new place that hadn’t been cleaned and we called her up and she was able to come in and clean the whole place the next morning. Will absolutely be using her again and recommend anyone use her as well!
