They advertised a post construction cleaning. We had some remodeling in our home done due to unforeseen circumstances. Four months out of our home, so lots of dust. I was told the price per hour, 4 hours - it would take a week to get two teams together for the size and needs of my home. We move in and wait, cleaning day finally comes and two (2) ladies show up - only 2 ladies. I text the number I was given by the person I scheduled the appointment with for issues and no response - 4+ hours $$$ and I was very disappointed; they did what they could - felt so bad for them. Definitely would not go with them again or recommend for this type of cleaning.

The Cleaning Authority is wonderful! Not only are they thorough, Tracy is so easy to communicate with if you want to add on or have requests. Sarahi and Maria did a great job and are so sweet.

This company does a fair job of cleaning, I’m just at a loss as to why they can only replace the shower head pointing out the door. Why they don’t understand lights controlled by two switches. Why they insist on unplugging electronics even though the outlet is labeled in Spanish to not unplug. Or why they can’t seem to clean pull out shelves without popping them from the tracks.

Sonia and Bessy do an amazing job every single time. They pay attention to details, are easy to work with and are wonderful people. My house looks and smells amazing after each clean. I’ve been working with them for over two years now and the quality of work remains consistent. Thank you Sonia and Bessy!

Started this service two months ago and have been super pleased with the results. The quality and care are unbeatable. Valentina Aguilar and Afix Ramirez are kind and professional. We will be having a new baby in the coming weeks, and I am so glad to have found help to keep up with the house as demands on my own time grow and grow. Sonia and Bessy do a great job! They are kind and courteous. They are always willing to work around our busy schedule (my husband and I work from home so that can be a challenge). The house is always clean and sparkly when they leave. I love cleaning days!

I've had Cleaning Authority for several months now, and I really love their sevice - super thorough! I work from home on Fridays when they come, and they're so friendly and happy when they come to my door - it's a nice bright spot in my morning.

Maria Galindez and Yemi Merida did an excellent job cleaning my house today. They worked hard to clean everything. Furniture polished, carpet, rugs and upholstery vacuumed, floors mopped, counters neat and clean, every room so nice. I’m very pleased.

We've been using the cleaning authority for several years now. Alix and Alexandra do a very good job. They are quick, thorough, and when we are home during the cleaning, they even love our dog.

Once again, a stellar cleaning experience. Today, Lily and Katherine came to clean my apartment. It took them about 50 minutes to do an amazing job. They were very considerate and worked very well with me while I was trying to do some work on my computer. I am so appreciative of the hard work these ladies do for me. Something I would not do for myself. Thank you.

Incredible experience with the ladies who have been cleaning our home. They do two deep cleans in the beginning and then upkeep from then on and it is a great price. We tried another cleaning service before this one and without going into details, that place was unreliable and we were kind of put off by cleaners. Called TCA and they promptly got the owner over to give us a quote and within a couple of days their cleaners were here doing their first deep clean. Can’t recommend enough! Picture is of our LR area after second deep clean, doubt you can really see anything from it but I’m stoked! Freshly mopped floors!

I've been using The Cleaning Authority for over 3 years and could not be happier with their services. They are dependable, thorough, and work with me on any needs that I have at my home. Azucena and Reyna have been assigned to my house since the beginning and they are top notch - I am lucky to have them caring for my home every week!

I just came home to see my Initial Cleaning and I had to leave a review. They did a PHENOMENAL job!!!! They even changed the sheets on my bed. I couldn’t say it enough but I am extremely impressed. How in the world I survived without them is beyond me! Looking forward to my weekly cleaning.
