Tidy Upped was super professional and easy to work with. The team that completed my move out cleaning service were very thorough. The owner was very easy to communicate with and highly responsive. If I wasn't moving out of Allen I would continue to use their services. Highly recommended!

Ali is very professional and resourceful. Tidy upped not only assisted me with my house cleaning needs, I was also provided with contact information for a home organizer as well (being Tidy Upped just clean the home). When Karen can out and cleaned I was very impressed with her finish work. She was very polite and professional, I will use this company again for my cleaning needs.

I had a rental whereas the tenant smoked in the primary bathroom without my knowledge. He had a cleaning crew come out to clean the whole house but could not get rid of the cigarettes smell. I contacted Tidy Upped to do a custom job of washing all the walls and ceiling of that one room before painting. The price was reasonable since they have to charge by the hour for a custom job. It's important for me that a company keep an open line of communication between pre and post job, and charge a reasonable rate with good service.

I contacted several cleaning companies to obtain quotes for a residential move out. Ali was the only one who took the time to do a site visit and discuss what was needed and my budget. He really listened. His company did a great job and followed up with a quality control visit and also contacted me to ensure that I was satisfied. I was impressed with the level of professionalism from start to finish!

Hannah arrived exactly on time, was friendly, personable and completed all agreed upon rooms. Her work was impeccable! I’ll be scheduling monthly cleanings with Tidy Upped.

I have been using Tidy Upped for over a year. Having my elderly mom live with me, I needed a little extra help with keeping up with cleaning. They are absolutely wonderful. They really pay attention to detail and go the extra mile with extra cleaning up after my two large dogs, especially with all the mud from the rain. Doing the bi-weekly cleaning has allowed me extra quality time to spend with my mom and focus on other projects around the house. This is such a blessing! I can't thank them enough and recommend Ali and his crews highly!

Day 2 of the 2 day job is now complete and I have to say I'm impressed. Aside from a scheduling snafu that kept all the work from being done, the quality of what was completed was incredible. I can see my reflections in granite countertops and on stainless steel appliances. The crew from Tidy Upped was not just fast and friendly, but had deep attention to detail. They may have missed a few spots but I blame the holiday rush for that. Overall the house smelled incredible and was sparkling.

Cleaning was done well but cleaners didn't put items back and left them all over the places. Bathroom and bedrooms were all unorganized with trash bins and other items removed for cleaning were left on carpet and bed. Didn't expect owner to have to put items back in the room.

We used Tidy Upped for the first time. The owner came out to the house the same day we called to give us our quote and got us on the schedule the next day. It was a little bit more than we wanted to spend so with that we had a certain level of expectation and quality of work. We are happy to say that they met and exceeded those expectations. They were very thorough and did not leave until we were completely satisfied. Great customer service all around and we will definitely use again.
