We have had two teams of professional cleaners over several months, and both teams were attentive, respectful, and thorough as they provided a much needed service for us.

All worked well together as teams and the results were always beyond expectations.

After moving in 3 months ago, there was a lot of dusting and detail that went into their hard work to make our home immaculate. We’ll definitely have them come back regularly! There was no communication. They left without telling me, when I got home my floor were still dirty, they left my sink full of dishes, they didn't take my trash out.
Which I was told all of that was supposed to be done so when I got home I was confused. I'm not pleased with how my house was left.

Good job cleaning and the ladies that came were professional and friendly. but extremely expensive. Deep clean for 3900 SQ ft home with no furniture and no need to clean appliances took 5 and 1/2 hours for two people ... or 11 hours ...
.. My bill was over $600. With tip and all, it was $700! Again, place looks good, I just don't think it should have cost that much and I'm not sure whether I would use them again.

Wow! We had a great experience hiring Molly Maid for a one-time deep clean before we put our house up for sale, and boy did they make it shine. The process of getting a quote and scheduling was easy and the team that came - Ofelia and Karina - did great work. They were even able to remove all the hard water spots off our glass shower doors and the baked on spills in our oven! That alone was worth the cost. We have proceeded to hire them for regular cleaning, and couldn't be happier.

I am so HAPPY with the ladies who cleaned my house today!! They did an outstanding job.
Those 3 girls who work with Molly Maid were the only ones who changed my family's extremely bad experience with getting our move-out inspection to good standing with our landlord so that we could get our $8,000 deposit back. They were happy to go above and beyond and reassured me to not worry about anything as far as cleanliness and that they were going to get this place clean and take care of everything.

It is the worst service we have ever had. They made it even dirtier and left the house. I would never recommend anyone to choose this company for cleaning. They don’t even respond properly. Very bad experience. I don’t even want to give a single star.
