Marcus made my carpet look dang near new again. He was super friendly and affordable. You can tell that he takes pride in his work. 10/10 would recommend and will be using again!!

Marcus and crew did a phenomenal job cleaning the carpet in our new (to us) house! Scheduling was quick, priced competitively, quick but thorough work, and absolutely delightful people.

I tried them out for the first time. I wasn’t sure how this would go because I have always used a more advertised company like Zerorez or Dalworth before. They communicated with me about coming, confirmed the day and time several times and responded to a email rather quickly. I loved that they sent me a picture of the guy who was coming. Made me feel safe.

They were on time and very polite. He got out a stain I was not sure would come out and he got it out. My chair looks brand new.

I will definitely keep their name handy and use them again in the future.

Excellent job done…..was very impressed with work done and knowledge of both techs that came out. First did carpets and stairs but was not familiar with fabric of sofa so they sent a second guy out today. Very honest and upfront on what to expect. What could be done and what was just normal wear and wouldn’t come out. Still looks 100 times better. No pressure to upsell you things you did not ask for. Will definitely use again. Marcus was phenomenal! Our silk carpets were damaged by a waterline break. After hours he came to our home and extracted the water and two days later picked up the rugs for restoration. Excellent customer service!

Great carpet cleaning company. Always professional and great prices. Always willing to resolve customer concerns. I have used Penn Way for some time and I will not use another carpet cleaning company as long as it's under this mgmt and ownership.

I highly recommend Penn Way! We reached out to them on a Friday afternoon through Angie’s list and they had someone out to our place on Saturday. I couldn’t believe it. We had white Boucle furniture that needed cleaned and they did a fantastic job. I am very happy with the results and will use them again.

Marcus did a great job on the carpet. He is very reasonable on his prices. When he came to give me a quote he brought the cleaning truck with him. He made it so easy. He gave me a quote and started the job immediately. He cleaned the baseboards and tile at the front and back door at no additional cost. They moved the furniture and cleaned under the sofa and recliner. I give them a 5 star rating for a job well done!

I received a call within 10 minutes of my job request on Angie’s List...Marcus was very knowledgeable, answered my questions right away, and was very courteous with me...in spite of my hearing problem...he explained things carefully. I compared prices., and though I found one that charged less, I liked the way Marcus took care of my call...I booked the appointment and got an immediate email that confirmed our agreement.

“Dillon” , the young man got all a nice tip from me!! He was on time, was very professional, courteous, explained what he was going to do, and got right to work. The process was finished quickly, and he brought me to the area to show the results. You can be proud of this young man. I will recommend this company and use it in the future...thanks!😃

They are very personable, friendly and did a wonderful job. I had 4 rooms done and the tech was efficient, knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Cost is reasonable. They even called a few hours later to check and see how things were going after they left. I would recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful experience. I had a custom rug that needed to be cleansed. This company was stellar start to finish! Stood by their original quote, rug was literally shining when it came back. Such a relief to see high quality service at affordable prices. Finished earlier than expected. All of that and a smile!

I booked the service with them and they offered a decent package within affordable price range. Marcus showed up for the job on time with 30 min in-advance phone call notice. He is a very friendly and a supportive person. He started by assessing carpets in my newly purchased house which is 13 yrs old. He checked all my carpets and recommended not to waste money on cleaning since the cleaning won’t serve the purpose based in the quality of it. His motive was to let me have a solid long term solution rather than me spending and wasting money for short term solution. Further he helped me on what type of carpet I should pick and what are the things I should consider when finalizing a carpet installation seller. Though non of these led him to have a single penny/commission , he was kind and supportive enough to spend time and help me. Even though I do not know the quality of carpet cleaning he does ( since no job was done ) I recommend Penn way for anyone due to the professionalism they showed.

Marcus did a great job for us. He was able to come in the same day and worked till late in the evening to complete the job. They were extremely detail oriented and cleaned our Sofa, Love seat and 4 chairs at a reasonable price when compared to others. I plan to use them as my preferred carpet/upholstery cleaning company going forward. I will also be happy to recommend them to friends & family.

Penn carpet cleaning did an incredible job on my carpets. We have 2 big dogs and 2 children so we had stains. Mauricio got the carpets looking and smelling so nice! We didn’t have them do a couple rooms and will be asking them to come back out to make them look nice as well.
