Penn Way did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets in 3 bedrooms, one hallway and one staircase!! All were pretty dirty and are a light color. Marcus and Fabin were very professional and their equipment did a great job. Our carpets had never been cleaned and are 10 years old. They look almost new again! 👍🏻 At least 95% of the dirt and stains came out. Marcus was very helpful and cared about doing a good job. Nice young man starting his own business. I will use them again to do the rest of our carpeted rooms.

Marcus was great to work with from start to finish. He helped us with mold remediation and it was very affordable. He was very communicative and professional and got the job completed quickly. He recommended a plumber to us that we were very pleased with as well. We were very impressed with everything and will definitely use Penn way carpet cleaning for other services in the future. Our puppy had an accident! I called around and came across Penn Way, the initial call was missed (it was Labor day weekend, so I figured they were just closed) however I was called right back and I explained my situation. Penn Way had someone out to my house in less than 2 hours ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND!! The carpet looks amazing and I would hands down recommend them to anyone. Thank you Penn Way!

Marcus and his team showed up and took care of our carpet cleaning. He was on time, communicated great, and had top notch equipment to complete the job. Fair pricing for a top notch service! Their van looked amazing as well!

Marcus Penn and Jon did a terrible job installing floors in my office and after trying over a month to give them time to fix their mistakes and the owner Marcus said they’ll refund my materials and labor I am now blocked. I’m now out around $1500 This was with Penn Way Carpet Cleaning. I’d advise to stay far away from them for any services!

Overall the service was fantastic. Originally I was told it would be 2 people and 3 showed up. So a mad scramble for a tip. There were a few scuff marks we noticed after they left. Don't know how they got on the walls. However, very happy overall. Would recommend them highly.

I scheduled a free in-home estimate with Molly Maid, as advertised on their website. The estimate would include a 15-20 minute walk-through, confirmed through email.

On the day of my appointment, 10 minutes before the scheduled time, I received a text saying they were running late and asked if they could call me at 11:30 instead. I agreed, expecting the call to confirm directions or let me know when they’d arrive.

To my surprise, the call at 11:30 was to inform me that they don’t provide in-person estimates for apartments, despite their website making no mention of this limitation. This was extremely frustrating and misleading, as I wasted time preparing for an in-person visit that was never going to happen.

If Molly Maid doesn’t offer in-person estimates for apartments, they need to make this clear on their website and in their communications. Transparency is key, and this experience has left me disappointed and unlikely to consider their services again.

Molly Maids are very accommodating and they do a wonderful job of cleaning. Thank you so much.

Several months later and still I’m still loving the wonderful cleaning service that Molly Maids provides. Thank you!

Update: Thank you to Molly Maids for the excellent service I receive. The day Molly Maid comes to clean the house 🏠 is my favorite day of the month.

Update: I had to switch days for Molly Maids to come out for service. Today I had a new team with Ofelia & Melissa. They too did an excellent job and I will continue to use Molly Maids. Great job team!

We were highly satisfied with the work from Molly Maids. At 8.5 months pregnant, I wanted a deep clean of our apartment to give my baby a clean home to live in. Easy to set up and a weight off my shoulders with a truly clean apartment. 10/10 would recommend!

Been with them over 13 years. They try hard to work with my schedule and are always prompt and efficient. I have asthma and they make sure to use non-irritating chemicals.

Recent, my elderly sister moved apartment complex’s. The older location required a professional cleaning prior to turning in the keys. We didn’t know this until 4 days prior to the termination of the contract. I found Molly Maid via a Google search. The company has high rating for a reason. They came out the next day and the apartment looks like no one had been living there. It was simple lovely and the swept the balcony & storage room. I’m very glad selected the company - the individuals who did the cleaning were very pleasant, quick, professional and very good at their jobs. Highly recommend Molly Maid.

Cleaning is average, no magic there. But 2.5 bath and kitchen cleaning took them about 7+hours??? And cost me over $850????
I received text message the same day and next day saying they want to take me to the court for the delay in payment !!! Wow !!!

I initially had Molly Maids do a deep clean in areas that are difficult for me to reach, but was so pleased at how it went that my husband and I decided to continued service once every two weeks to maintain. They have been reliable and dependable. It is so wonderful to walk in and have everything clean and orderly. They bring a bit of peace to our fast paced demanding schedules! They text a reminder (to both of us) that they are coming. If we text back with specific questions or instructions for that clean, they acknowledge and reply.

My husband is in law; it was important to us to find a professional company that is bonded and insured to work in our home to reduce the personal liability risk. (Most people don’t realize the risk of personal liability they take on inviting someone “independent” to work in their home). We live in a litigious society.

Molly Maids pricing was very affordable and is well worth the cleaning and liability they take on. Their team is professionally trained and report any incidents immediately. They have process and procedures in place. Believe me, my husband is picky. We fully vetted them. When we were getting bids, the owners of Molly Maids took their time to come out personally to see our home and get to know our expectations, and chose a team that would pair well for us. There is no long term contract to sign, we can stop at anytime, but why would we? No way!!

We have been so pleased. It feels like I come home to a model home. I just had to share!

Absolute Best Cleaning!!! We are moving locally and it has been terribly stressful. I hired Molly Maid and when the cleaners got there the water had been shut off early. I called the city praying the girls would stay at my house and the city was there is 10-15 minutes to turn the water back on. (thankfully) Team #6 Ofelia and Dina did an AMAZING job on my house. I have never seen the stove that clean! They used some magic on it for sure. I will use them again for regular cleaning in the future. 100% recommend. Easy to schedule, easy to work with and Leslie called the next day to see how my cleaning was. I really cannot say enough of how happy I am with this move out clean. Thank you Ofelia and Dina.

We just had a cleaning done last week and it was an extremely thorough and well-done! The crew took a little longer than usual, but it was worth it. The floors, the countertops, the bathrooms…couldn’t have asked for anything better! Great job to this crew!
