Fantastic service and great pricing! We really needed our carpets cleaned throughout the house, as it had been quite a while since they were last taken care of. The technician came in with hot pre-treatment for the tough spots and worked diligently on the carpets. He was efficient and completed the job in about 2 hours. Since the carpets needed extra attention, they were a bit damp when he finished, but they dried in about 6 hours. The carpets look incredible now! The price was very fair for the amount of space he cleaned. We will surely reach out for carpet cleaning services again.

I called several times, trying to reach Alexander (the manager) but never got any response. Mind you he called me the initial day, that schedule needed to be changed due to an issue with the techs vehicle. Then we agreed to Monday. Today I called over and over again trying to see when he would come, since he promised he would do the service himself. Anyways what a waste of time. They need to figure out what phone line issues they have and be more courteous of other people’s time.
