In House Plumbing replaced our aging cast iron sewer pipes. The project was massive, but it was a pleasure to work with Ed and the team. Ed communicated with us about every detail numerous times on a daily basis, and the job was completed as promised.

We contracted In-House to replace our cast iron drainage system with pvc. Estimator was quick and thorough. Chris came to the house in the morning and I had drawings, a plan and an estimate before the end of the day. While it is an expensive undertaking, the price for the entire replacement was less than an estimate for a partial, piecemeal fix from a regular plumber.
On the first day of the job a large crew arrived and got right to work tunneling. The job was done within a few days and the team leader kept us up to date and answered all of our questions. Everything was cleaned up to our satisfaction.
I would highly recommend In-House for a job of this scale.

Hardworking crew, helpful supervisors. Specific job, to replace 53' of old[60+ yrs] cast iron sewer drain pipe with PCV. Required lots of precision digging, replacement and backfill. Highly recommend.

We hired them to do a full replacement of the cast iron plumbing. Everything was done perfectly. The supervisor, Ed, was so wonderful to work with! He explained everything and gave many updates along the way. The crew made sure everything was done to my approval before leaving. Ed and his crew did fantastic!

I've hired these guys for two properties needing full cast iron re-routing. Both times, they offered the best price, the work was top notch and the communication and speed unmatched. Best of all, they stand behind their work. We just noticed a leak in our irrigation line a few months after the cast iron replacement and the owner sent the sprinkler crew they contract with back out to repair it free of charge on a Saturday. Highly recommend!

We had to have our sewage lines re-routed as our cast-iron pipes had rusted away. Not something anyone is excited about spending money on! It made it more tolerable since the staff at In-House plumbing was so great and easy to work with. They answered all of our questions and were very communicative. The entire experience was wonderful! The pricing was very reasonable, and the communication was top-notch throughout the process and I loved the diagram they provide to give a visual of what would be completed. Stetson was fantastic, answering all my numerous questions with professionalism and kindness and his crew worked so hard! They say they stand behind their work and they mean it! I had a concern when the project was completed and they promptly answered my question and Chris even stopped by my house within an hour of me calling to verify the answer. I had a slab leak under my refrigerator, I was very nervous about doing this, since it was in the kitchen. but as soon as Damien and Martine started, and explained as they went, which was really nice it wasn’t at all painful as I thought it was gonna be. these guys were very professional, very helpful and boy The cleanup job was amazing. i’ve never had anybody that cleaned up after themselves the way they did, and during the whole thing, we will definitely always use this company. they are definitely worth five stars

In-House plumbing did a great job repairing and re-routing my cast iron pipes. Their price was fair and everyone was great from the initial estimate to the crew that did the work. All in all, they went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

We used this company for our repair work when we discovered a leak under the house. Everything seemed okay at the time but then we discovered what a poor job they did backfilling underneath our house! They came out once to add more dirt but it was not enough. When we reached out again for help (during a remodeling project we are still in the middle of), they refused. The sales person Chris came out to our house and was very rude! He offered no solution or apology to us, nor explanation of why the issue was not addressed earlier.
Buyer beware:
The dirt that was hauled away from the original project was our dirt, why would you not put it back once the new pipes were installed?

They originally scheduled us for 9/16 for our pipes and moved us up to this past week. They were in and out within four days. From the initial evaluation and drawing of the plan by Chris Williamson, to the execution by his highly qualified & experienced teams, I was so impressed by the upbeat & can-do attitude of the hard working men. They helped me with several special requests as the work progressed. A very important qualification is that this is their main business, which they can do in four days.
The work required some disruption of my sprinkler system, which was put back in perfect condition. I very highly recommend In-House plumbing Company.

In-House Plumbing did a great job on our plumbing! We were very happy with the initial meeting for this job all the way to the end of the job! They were supportive to our concerns, they were courteous, polite, fast and efficient. When they were done the yard was cleaned up very nicely. We opted to have them fix the brick they took out, Cody did a great job replacing the brick! Would recommend them for your cast iron pipe replacement.
