Just had a great experience with Thorough Plumbing. Needed some remodeling work done to update tub/shower fixtures for an original to the house ceramic tub. Antonio and Ben talked me through options and price points. They had blocked out time to do the work and started right away on my project. Old houses are never straightforward, but they were able to adapt (including working in the dark when I had an unexpected (and unrelated) electrical issue that required shutting off power to the house for essentially the whole time they were there). They communicated throughout and left the place clean. My tub/shower plumbing is in a much better place than where it started thanks to them. Thorough Plumbing takes Zelle which I appreciated. Highly recommend for your next plumbing project.

We had what we know know was a slab leak. Jeff at Thorough plumbing had someone out that afternoon! The plumber was very polite and knowledgeable. Woke up this morning to find my front yard soaking wet and water flowing down the street. A leak on the water supply line. Called Thorough Plumbing and the dispatcher estimated arrival between 2 - 4 PM. The two technicians arrived right at 2:00. They diagnosed the problem quickly and also repaired quickly. The final price ended up being less than estimated. I appreciate the professional work and courteous demeanor. Thank you!

Antonio, the technician came out and was able to diagnose the low flow sink issue in a matter of moments. Instead of replacing the entire faucet, he simply swapped out a part I had on hand and completed the job in minutes. since I was a reoccurring customer, there was no charge. Unbelievable. Experience and professionalism matter, great experience.

Jeff, Antonio and the subcontracting partners were all great. Walked me through the process and options. I opted for whole-house filtration and the water quality (TASTE!) is outstanding. Massive improvement and friendly and professional service.

Thorough Plumbing came out after my son flushed a rubber duck down the toilet. It turns out it was small enough to work its way through and didn’t require any repairs, but Antonio was very professional and thorough in confirming everything was working as expected.

Had new refrigerator delivered today and the old water line connection was leaking. Could disconnect until water turned off. Was able to get Thorough plumbing to come within 3 or 4 hours to put in new water valve and save the day. Extremely pleased with their quick response time.

I had a badly leaking outdoor faucet. Classic Plumbing responded on a timely manner and replaced t h e faucet. The technician, Omarion Wheeler, was prompt, courteous, and gave me options to address the issue. After finishing his work, he cleaned up the area and assured there were no other leaks.
I've used Classic twice and have been very pleased with their work, timeliness and pricing. I strongly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Had a great experience with Thorough Plumbing! Emergency weekend call for a water heater leak and ultimately replacement of both units with an outstanding tankless water heater! Jeff was responsive, communicated in detail throughout the process and recommended upgrades only when he thought they were relevant. This didn’t feel like the typical “sales pitch with a plumbing call attached”. Glad to have found Thorough Plumbing and would highly recommend them to other people who need work.

Micah was very helpful in resolving a difficult pluming issue caused by the home builders bad installation. He really is the most honest plumber in town and he and his son were very nice to our nosey Golden Retriever.

Great service and honest. In a bad weather, we had sewer clogged from outside. Micah quoted us $200 but recommended to call the city first and they should fix in the same day. We needed it to be fix now and he did. Then he charged us less than what he initially quoted. Great biz.

This guy is the real deal. I bought a gas grill to be hooked up to natural gas. I am not a handy person. I wanted it done. I knew it was simple but I would feel better just having someone who knows this stuff install it. I called one plumbing company that I had used in the past. They wanted $325. The guy came out and it was the most frustrating experience I have ever had. He even wanted proof that the grill was designed for natural gas. After standing in the heat, etc., I finally found what was the obvious for him. This part of the story just goes on. Then I remembered Micah because he had installed a garbage disposal for me a couple of years earlier. This guy is amazing. He was done in less that 10 minutes. He wouldn't even charge me. I guess he felt sorry for me after the previous experience. I even tried to give him some cash just for coming to the house. He said no I can't do it. It wasn't even worth it. He is my plumber from now on. I won't forget him or his name. It almost seems too good to be true. But it isn't. Use this guy.

Micah's is the best. They replaced my hot water heaters and did a fantastic job. They also recently helped me over the phone and via a video resolve a drain issue. I highly recommend Micah's.

I have not used their service, however on the phone they have been extremely helpful. Jennifer was able to identify our potential issue and told us the right direction to go in even though they weren't able to assist in our particular situation. We will definitely call them future needs.

Can't say enough good things about Micah. Called him at 5.15pm tonight and he rearranged his evening to be able to help. He was at my house at 6:05. Incredibly polite, nice, and a person who takes his trade and reputation to heart. I trusted him to do what was needed. He did not disappoint. I will use him without question for all future needs.

Where do I start...I just can't say enough great things about these people. They were prompt, professional and understanding. They answered all of my questions and understood the urgency of my situation. He uses the best leak detector EVER! Found it with no problem-yes I filed a claim with my insurance, but I didn't use it because it came in under my deductible. I am happy, happy, happy! Thank you Micah and team I appreciate the work you did for me and my family.

Micah’s honest plumbing is truly honest !! A couple of years ago I contacted him regarding a leak in my house , he was able to quickly identify it as a slab leak. Micah resolved the issue quickly , professionally and assisted me in working with my insurance. Fast forward a couple of years later... December 2019 , my gas company identified a leak outside. Micah and his wife were VERY helpful and worked tirelessly to find the leak even late at night to ensure my family’s gas would be restored as quickly as possible even during the holiday.

I would definitely refer and use Micah for any and all of my plumbing related issues. It was especially comforting because they Christians who are truly doing the for God !
