Jeff was very professional and fast. I needed a new basket strainer and he changed it in a timely manner and cleaned up and checked to make sure there is no leak. Gave me couple of tips for pipe maintenance as well!

I finally have found a plumber I can trust and who also has good pricing. Ben replaced my two gas water heaters as well as replacing water cut off valves for my washing machine. I had gotten quotes from other brand name plumbing companies when one of my friends recommended Ben from Thorough Plumbing. Ben beat them on pricing and did not try to "sell" me on other things that the other companies did. He was responsive on scheduling and was easy to work with. I was not home during the final work and he was able to explain everything clearly to my wife which I greatly appreciate. He is just a good guy in general. I HIGHLY recommend Ben and Thorough Plumbing!

There is no other plumber in DFW I would let into my house. Used them multiple times. Easy to deal with, quick appointments, fair pricing. Everyone in the company is great to work with and pleasant.

Water heater replacement was a seamless, trouble-free experience. Ben was a great, personable, and professional plumber. He was direct, trustworthy, and worked with my landlord, directly, to get the repair done in a timely manner. I highly recommend. Price is competitive,and less than most. While not the cheapest option, the peace of mind knowing we received quality service before and after the sale, is invaluable, and definitely worth skipping the cheap companies.

Suspected gas leak and asked Ben to come take a look. He did a Thourough job - very detailed oriented - patiently explained everything- excellent communication- professional etiquette- 5-star service.

We were in desperate need of a plumber when we accidentally damaged a water line. Thorough Plumbing came out right away to fix the issue and did an incredible job. They were so professional and made sure they explained every little detail. Phenomenal work! I would also like to add that this job was not only done on Labor Day weekend, but also on Jeffrey’s birthday! Him and his wife were just about to go out for his bday dinner when I called and instead came to our rescue. We are so appreciative!

Ben and Jeff are awesome! I learn something about plumbing every time they come over. Ben has done excellent work and told us about preventative things that needed to be done. I called Thorough Plumbing about a leaking frostproof faucet, and they came out (Antonio, I believe) and reviewed options. I was not ready to proceed without thinking on it, so they kindly provided quotes and did not charge for the trip. Seem like very reasonable folks.

The water heater went off. Thorough Plumbing is genuinely helpful and didn’t upsell me. They helped me identifying the issue and we resolved it very quickly on the phone. They will be my go to plumber going forward.

I needed an estimate for a Halo5 whole home water filter system and the Thorough Plumbing team set up a two hour time window and came out to work up an estimate. They had to use some special tracing equipment to locate my sewer and water cut off and found both near my house. They did this on their time as part of the estimate and never once hassled about how long it was taking. They were prompt, friendly and very helpful and thorough in showing me everything it would take to install this system. The estimate breakdown was a very detailed line item breakdown. There was no guesswork or things left out that would pop up later.

The estimate was out of our budget for right now and I texted Ben who understood and was very respectful of my decision. I told him they earned a new customer along the way in this process because I really appreciated the time and detailed breakdown of the estimate.

If you need a plumber I would certainly recommend you give this company a try. They are a local Allen Plumbing Contractor.
