Reviews of local pros in Allen, Texas

Company did not accomplish work and owner cancelled the contract. The owner was not able to accomplish repairs for fire damage because he lacks the ability and lied with intent to fraudulently charge the customer work that was not approved by me or insurance adjuster. The better business bureau should record this statement to inform all customers of your actions. In addition, software forced me to provide a rating before message could returned. My rating of you and your company is lower than one star.

As a public adjuster working throughout the Dallas area, I’m constantly looking for dependable, professional contractors who take great care of our clients and Kason with at AR Global Roofing consistently delivers. Many of my clients have personally recommended him, and I’ve seen firsthand the level of service and attention he provides. I’m truly grateful for the partnership. If you’re looking for a roofer who genuinely cares and gets the job done right, AR Global Roofing is the one to call.

Jodie came out and checked my roof and is the most honest human on earth! So appreciative of her expertise and advice and how great Springtree Restoration is!! Thank you so much! Could not recommend you more!!

AJ and his team over promise and under perform. There was always an excuse for why things go wrong its always someone else's fault. I heard every excuse from this team. They have no concept of accountability. At the end of the day I would go with another company. I was not impressed and even shocked they are in business because they had no clue what they where doing.

As someone who is extremely detailed and admittedly a little picky, I can confidently say that I am beyond satisfied with everything about our experience with springtree restoration. From start to finish the entire process has far exceeded my expectations. The communication throughout the project was exceptional. The team was always available responsive and incredibly professional. Every detail was handled with care and precision and it’s clear that quality and integrity are top priorities for spring tree. They made sure that all aspects of the job were done right and that level of follow-through is rare to find. Working with a company that not only delivers outstanding results, but also makes the experience smooth and stress-free is truly refreshing. They’ve earned our trust completely and we will absolutely turn to spring tree for any future home needs.

Jase and AJ were easy to work with and did a great job with my roof! I would definitely use Springtree again and recommend them to others.

Springtree did a fantastic job on my roof after a hailstorm last year. Very prompt and professional. Came back several months later for “warranty work” that I believe was mainly caused by the original framing of my house, and had it fixed up in no time. It was a relief to have it fixed and a pleasure dealing with Al and Jaime. They handled everything when dealing with my insurance as well, which was a huge plus.

I sincerely appreciate Jacob Munoz, because unlike so many others out there, he doesn’t talk at you or down to you for not knowing. He will work with you and keep it real. In a time when customer service seems to be a lost art, it’s nice to talk to people who remember to be understanding.

Springtree’s Sheetmetal shop is second to none. Jay is a natural leader and has came through for us so many times. We won’t use anyone else. The whole team is class. We have never been there when somebody hasn’t greeted us and helped us load up. AJ has allways waived or came out to shake our hand. Great culture and great company. I’m allways impressed.

I needed a quote on gutters, and Roy was great to work with. He was friendly and honest in his assessment, ultimately saying that he felt gutters were not the correct solution and going out of his way to connect me to a contact at another company that he believed could help. I really appreciated his honesty and would highly recommend Springtree for the future!

Amazing customer service. We got hit with some super bad hail and Jase came out and did a Free inspection the day after. Real straight shooter and all around nice guy. I will definitely be using them in the future for my roofing and repair needs

Absolutely fantastic experience. Jacob was our rep and he made everything seamless from start to finish. They replaced our roof, gutters, and chimney cap on schedule, handled all the details, and left the yard spotless—no nails, no debris. The crew was professional, communicative, and the quality is obvious. Five stars—highly recommend.

Working with Jacob Munoz has been an incredible experience. From day one, he has been there for us—always patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Jacob consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled properly, and his dedication has truly made a difference in our project.

We are beyond grateful for his hard work and commitment, and we absolutely plan to continue working with him in the future. Without hesitation, we recommend Jacob to anyone looking for a trustworthy, dependable, and fantastic professional

Shortly after our house flooded, Jacob Munoz from Springtree Restoration showed up that same night. From the very first moment, he laid out a clear plan and brought in an entire team to dry, restore, and rebuild our home.

The communication throughout the process was incredible, the entire team was professional, and the results were absolutely amazing. We couldn’t be more grateful for their work and highly recommend Springtree Restoration to anyone in need of restoration or rebuilding services.

We hired Springtree for a full remodel and they were fantastic - Jacob was organized, honest, and easy to reach. The crew showed up on time, kept the site clean, and delivered quality work with zero drama. Change orders were handled transparently and the project finished on schedule. Couldn’t be happier - highly recommend Jacob for any remodel.

I've been working with Jay for over 2 years now, and he has been such a delight! He always gets back to me in a timely manner, answers any questions that I have, has phenomenal pricing AND has a top notch team when it comes to installation. Cannot recommend him and Springtree enough for all of your chimney and metal roofing needs!

Big shout out to Springtree roofing for the help and support of our roofing needs. They have a fantastic team and very knowledgeable and professional. Many thanks to Jase Adams for taking great care of us.

Working with Jay and Springtree Restoration is always a pleasure. Jay is professional, responsive, timely, fair and transparent. He and his crew do incredible, high-quality metalwork, and no job is too large or small; each are completed with the same care and attention to detail. It is difficult to find a contractor that is reliable, honest and accountable - so I feel fortunate to have found Jay at Springtree, and will continue to contact them for all of my metal roofing and chimney needs.

Aj, Roy and their team at Springtree Restoration provided top notch service. We had thorough communication throughout the process. They used top materials for our roof, gutters, window and exterior paint and we are extremely happy with the outcome of all our hail damage repair. Thank you so much! We recommend them to everyone we know!

I couldn’t be more pleased with Springtree Restoration! A friend recommended them to me, and I’m so glad I chose their team. After hail damage, I needed a new roof and gutters, and they did an exceptional job from start to finish.

I was fortunate to work with AJ—he was phenomenal throughout the process. Jaime oversaw the project, answered all my questions, and really took the time to listen, which I greatly appreciated. The entire team, including the contractors they work with, was professional, respectful, honest, and reliable—and their pricing was excellent.
