We had an emergency on the coldest night of the year. We lost all power, and it was after hours. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone else in Amarillo. Originally, Mr. Sparky didn’t show up on my search results. When I decided to try one more time and change my search, they came up. I called, and Josh was the one who answered. He was so kind from the very beginning. Got his tech, Justin, out here very quickly. And Justin went above and beyond, even coming back later when the heater kept tripping the breaker. It turned out there wasn’t much he could do, but he went above and beyond and tried to give us a temporary solution to fix the heat until we could get an hvac guy out to look at our heater - which was the problem in the end. Justin was super kind, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. And did not price gouge us. Definitely, definitely recommend this company.

I can’t say enough good things about the way this company has taken care of me. Jeramia has done several jobs for me since we moved here in November. Always has a great attitude even below zero with the wind blowing at 1:00 am! He has worked on my water well house that was cobbled together by a previous owner in the past, ran power to my shed and a tiny home we moved in. Installed a whole house generator. Also upgraded some shoddy electrical done in the past.

Josh is very fair on pricing and they get the job done when they say they will. That’s something rare in contractors today!

I called Mister Sparky because my garage circuit breaker kept tripping. They were available quickly (next day) and charged a very reasonable rate to address several tasks for me such as installing some new receptacles. The circuit ended up being quite stubborn and it turns out my driveway floodlight camera was filled with water, causing it to flip! (Not their fault at all). They got things working again and I definitely appreciate their helpfulness. Tech Justin was very patient and professional. Strong recommend for your electrical needs.

So glad I did not DIY it! He got my plugs in behind my stove and replaced the fuses in the fuse box. Awesome job!

Josh with Mister Sparkey went above and beyond to ensure my house was taken care of! I had burnt out wires in my meter causing my AC to not come on. He did a quick fix that way I could have AC and then the following week came and replaced everything. Josh explained everything in a way I understood and was transparent about the cost before starting the job. He ensured the additional outlets I added were working and labeled the new breaker box before leaving. Him and his team cleaned everything up and were very communicative about their arrival time and how things were going. Josh didn’t leave me in the dark! I will definitely use Mister Sparkey again for any electrical needs.

We had an electrical issue just as we were getting ready to leave town for 2 weeks. Mister Sparky got a service technician out that day and made sure we were taken care of and had no problems that might crop up while we were gone. They came right out when I called them. They were here first thing in the morning. They worked out in the cold and wind tell they had everything done. They came when the inspector came. They called the Xcel so they would come right out. They brought me ice to put in my refrigerator and freezer to help keep them cold. They always told me what was going on. I would definitely recommend them.

Mr Sparky responded quickly to my phone call for assistance. I needed an electrical service mast installed during a roof replacement. Mr Sparky was agreeable with coordinating with with roofers to get the job done. I also had to have the electrical panel upgraded as part of bringing everything up to code. It was an expensive job but it was done well. Josh at Mr Sparky was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Mr Sparky has got to be quite simply the best electrician providers in the U.S. I have an older house, and it needs a lot of electrical work. First, their home inspection was thorough. Josh emailed me with his findings.
About a month later, I called to have a new ceiling fan installed and also a new GFI outlet put in the kitchen. Josh was the electrician. He is not just a professional electrician; he is a craftsman in his field. He did both tasks with ease and professionalism. (Two fans and a live exposed wire fix). During the install of the ceiling fan, he found a very serious electrical problem with a switch. He went above and beyond to correct the issue. I am super grateful. I wish all businesses could be this professional and knowledgeable. Obviously, I highly recommend.
