This company is wonderful! I spoke with Carol several times between my initial call and after the job was complete and she was always so kind and helpful, and got someone to my house much sooner than I had expected! Chris was extremely professional and was very quick to know what our issue was and how to fix it; it took him no time at all. I especially appreciate that he was very respectful coming into my home with a mask properly over his face and booties over his shoes. I really hope I don't need an electrician again anytime soon, but I will definitely call them again for any future needs.

I called Mr. Electric on a Friday and they were able to send a technician out the same day. I was very pleased with the expertise and customer service provided by Elijah. I would definitely use Mr. Electric again.

We hired your team to rewire a stove for us and your employees were very courteous very respectful and very helpful. I will recommend Mr Electric to anyone that needs work done. My husband and I want to give a special thanks to Elijah and Jose for all the work they did and clean up after themselves.

Called and they were able to set up an appointment pretty quick. Chris came and did a great job. Staff was friendly. Would recommend.

Professional, courteous, and transparent. Did an assessment and did the work same day, they provided before and after pictures, and the cost was very reasonable. We will definitely use them in the future.

I call today around 11:45 am and just get a nonchalant “hello” so I wasnt sure I called the right number. Before I get done even explaining what’s going on the man on the phone says “well Saturdays are only for emergencies, it’s going to be $480.”

Clearly it is an emergency if I’m calling today…the lack of customer service was a big turn off. I hope this was a one off situation but it was not appreciated as I’m trying to deal with electrical issues I’m having in my home.

Mr. Electric's people were prompt, courteous and were quickly able to estimate my projects. They began work on the one that was in my budget. They did fast, thorough work and left my house as clean as it was before they began.

I’m very pleased with service I’ve received from Mr. Electric. Chris was prompt friendly and did a great job replacing lights and installing motion sensor lights. He even came back and re-adjusted The sensitivity when I requested.

Chris and Carol came through for an emergency AC repair on the weekend. The problem was solved quickly and efficiently. Friendly and incredibly knowledgeable 10/10 will use them for all needs moving forward!
