Everyone was smiling, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind! From the people answering phones (well I don’t know if they were smiling but it sounded like it!), to Jake who performed the inspection and diagnosis, to Rachael who did the treatments. I can’t imagine a better group!

Jake and the service crew were friendly and professional. They were on time, did the job and did a great job cleaning up!

My only complaint is that it took a few weeks to start the job but when the guys got here they did a great job. Trees were trimmed just as I instructed. They cleaned up and the trees look great. Thanks guys.

Communicated when they would be here and they were here at that time, sprayed based on prior assessment with a specialist. This is a great group of guys! I have been dealing with these personnel for over 10 years which speaks for itself!

So, my experience with this company was based on an emergency. My background is sales, so please, Read this review.

This experience with Aborlogical was more than outstanding. A neighbor frantically knocked on my door on December 24, 2021. He said I needed to move my work truck immediately because a massive tree branch was about to fall. Of course, this part of the tree overhangs into the street. I immediately move my truck as the beast of a limb dangles on limbs below it. Smaller branches are falling periodically into the street. Now my concern is traffic passing by my home. I am sure fellow Amarilloins would not like to have their vehicle damaged by a massive limb crashing down on their vehicle or more importantly possibly injuring folks in their vehicles. I frantically did an online search as I am standing in my street directing folks away from the pending danger. I am certain, by looks of folks as they drove by, that I was a crazy person standing in the middle of the road. As I stood there trying to find a company to call, I remembered that I had gotten a bid earlier in the year (2021) on trimming trees by Arborlogical. I had just closed on my home in February 2021. Older home with many projects to do. Tree trimming at the time feel down low on the priority list until Christmas Eve. So, I call their number expecting to go to voicemail so I could leave an Urgent message. To my surprise a gentleman answers the phone. We discuss the seriousness of my dilemma and he then offers to come to my home to inspect and assess. We get a plan of action to address multiple limbs that were about to fall. He politely tells me he would be back in about 40-45 minutes as he would need to go get the truck, help and equipment to take care of the limbs. I will remind you that all day Christmas Eve we had our usual WINDY day. He asked if I wouldn't mind moving by truck into the street to redirect traffic until he would get back. Also, park it several homes before mine so they have to go around the area plus nothing would fall on my truck.

Then true to his word he was back in just under 45 minutes. He and another gentleman. I had asked the first gentleman if he was a manager for the company prior to him leaving. He said very humbly that he was "Sort of a manager", I am the owner of Arborlogical." He then said he didn't want to interrupt the beginning of his employees' holidays and that is why he was there. This truly struck a cord in my heart for several reasons. I find out the "Other gentleman" was the other owner of the company. What an impressive pair of men to sacrifice their family time to address my issue on Christmas Eve no less. So much more I could add to my story here, but, I am trying to keep it as short as possible.

Do I recommend Arborlogical? Would you?

Absolutely I recommend them!!!! I will be calling them soon to take care of other issues my trees have and to help me groom them.

For my Mother's home . . . she said the guys were efficient in removing 10 trees, grinding the stumps and filling voids w wood chips . . . all in a single day. They did a Great Job ! We'd highly recommend them.

Kelly Sims built his business on doing what he said he would do. The team moved our “family heirloom” tree from one house to a new house. They cared for it as if it was their own, returning the ground to its original shape and placing the tree in a perfect spot in the new yard. Couldn’t be happier with the timeliness, communication and execution… exactly as he said it would be! Thanks!

John was great. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about all the trees and plants at our new home. They are very reasonably priced. When we Live in a place with not that many trees, this is a great company to preserve our trees and lawns!

Professional, punctual, and respectful(of people and of your property)
I had a large tree branch that may have caused thousands of dollars in home repair, had it fell with the next hard wind. I received a quote, and scheduled a time for them to come out. They took care of the large section of the tree that mad the potential to cause home damage in the future, and did it without causing any damage to the fence or home. It was expensive(about $1,110), but they did a good job. Below are before and after photos of the tree in question.

They did an excellent job. Cleared out all the dead branches in our trees and did a good job cleaning up.

We love our tree service! Our trees have grown so much and look beautiful. We had a couple that weren’t looking so good before which was why we call them they are beautiful now

They came and did a great job very quickly. They were careful not to touch the new trees I had just had put in which I really appreciated.

Ryan was superb in helping me understand the health of my trees and their needs, and his team was fantastic in removing two pesky trees in my backyard. They encountered a few hiccups during the stump grinding, but quickly informed me of the situation, presented their recommended solutions (such as removing a fence to accommodate the stump grinder), and allowed me to decide on the way forward. They were friendly, respectful, and demonstrated great collegiality, safety, and teamwork. Highly recommended!

John's service was fantastic! As has been the case with Ryan in the past. Their expertise has been invaluable in treating a couple of trees we definitely want to save.
