I don't like writing negative reviews, but this cannot be helped. I paid for 4 services to be done including grub and weed control. They have only come twice. I have tried contacting multiple times through phone, email, etc, and nobody will respond or call me back. This is horrible service, and dishonest. I could not recommend this company to anyone. Stay far away.

If it's last truck in at 4:15 change your hrs to 4:15

The lady attendant was very nice. They billed us for the visit. They also had somewhere to tie the load off.

They were courteous and friendly. Site is set up and organized well. Don't have to worry about flat tires or banging over ruts.

Nice people, no limbs to run over to get a flat like the city brush site. Have several poles mounted to pull your limbs off the trailer/truck. Will definitely use again.

I took a truck load of brush to this "facility" and was told I had too much trash, which there wasn't any. I was advised by the lady I was better off dropping it in some random alley. If I get a fine for illegal dumping are they going to pay for it, nope. I don't recommend.

Website says they’re open Saturdays until 1:30 PM. The sign says the same thing. Show up around 1:00, it’s closed. It’s alright to be closed but put something saying so! It’s not okay to have everything say they’ll be open and not be.

The rudest people. Google says they are open until 1:30 and we even called to confirm. We showed up at 1 and no one was there.

Very reasonably priced for brush disposal, excellent customer service and honest. We had our heavy chain get stuck at the bottom of our (huge) pile and didn’t realize it until the next day. When they finished mulching the pile they took our chain to the office so we could pick it up.

Chris and his crew are the real deal in tree pruning, removal, maintenance, fertilizer, and care. The man taught me more about my own trees in a 30 minute conversation, than I knew about them. He did exactly what I asked and needed, and went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend him and will be sending him a lot more business!

Professional, thorough tree service. I’ve used this company for my home and for a rental property, and after the recent windstorm I am using them a 3rd time. Great work, and they leave your yard clean. Highly recommend.

Chris & his crew were fantastic!!! Timely! Actually responds to communication & shows up when or before expected. So easy to work with! Fantastic & efficient work!!! Extremely reasonable pricing! Removed a rather large dead Russian mulberry trunk. Ground the stump & packed the chips down.

Very professional team came out to trim my trees. They answered my questions and did a great job. They made sure to clean up any mess before they left. Very pleased.

They came with the lift and things to protect my house and the chipper to clean up the mess. Did the whole job in about 2.5 hours and cleaned up well. Very good crew that did a good job. Will definitely use them again.
